    Jeff Sardina went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I truly wanted. Jeff was able to find my exact match even though Uptown didn't have the vehicle sitting in their lot, and he still delivered when I changed my mind multiple times. I've dealt with Jeff for over 20 years, and I appreciate the fact that there is never any high pressure or nagging phone calls like the other dealerships I did research with. Reggie Wilkerson did a great job acquainting me to my new ride, and Jim Bertino was very accommodating when I had to delay my arrival time to sign all of the paperwork. The team at Uptown is so comfortable to work with.

    Need to be a better negotiator than me !!

    Last week I purchased a used car from Uptown and feel like I got caught up in a shell game. I saw the car on several auto websites for 17,9xx. It was this price for several weeks. When I sat down to get a quote the price was 22K. Sales manager came out and said that those advertisers were wrong, and he would have that rectified.. The salesperson asked if we could come up with a deal. I said not at that price. Another trip to the mgrs office. Salesperson said that they will honor the 17K but only give me 1K for my trade, no room to negotiate. KBB said it was worth 2 to 3k. I said no, mgr came out and showed me his KBB paper with 1K. Long story short I did buy the car after a very little bump in the trade value. Got home that night and noticed that Uptown's and the other web sites dropped the price to 16995!! Went back and the manager said it was a mistake (2 advertising mistakes on the same car??). I think the mistake is that I noticed the price change before they could pull the ad. To add insult to injury my trade that was sworn to be almost worthless is on their website for 6995!!! I sent an email asking to speak to someone up the chain but no response in a week.
