    lousy sales dept

    Made an appointment on Sunday to look at a used Honda Odyssey at 10 AM on Tuesday. I drove 75 miles one way only to be told when I got there "sorry, when we had our shop check it yesterday out it needed $5K of work" and would be going auction. The listing on their website gave it a clean 1 owner carfax report and always serviced by their dealership. The last servicing was on 7/9/20 and it was put into dealer inventory on 7/23/20. A call yesterday after they decided to send it to auction explaining the situation would have saved me 150 miles of driving and 3 hrs of my time. It is still listed on their website 6 hrs later after I left this there unhappy this AM. I contacted them and I'm waiting to here from a manager.

    I have bought or traded in 4 civics at Gerrish/Upper Valley Honda and the only place will go for service is where I have purchased these cars. I trust the staff completely -- the mechanics are the best, and I have NEVER had to question any work that has been done on any of my cars. The techs who book the appointments are both pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about Hondas, so they are able to explain what was done and answer questions. I would never take my care anywhere else for service work, not even changing the tires. 5 Stars all the way through. And I am NOT exaggerating one iota.

    The car I looked at looked a lot better via pics it didn’t look so well in person. They knew I was coming to look at the car . It had flat tire no gas and seemed like it they were nit prepaired for my visit !

    I sure miss Gerrish service Dept. I have been turned away 3 times for service for my vehicle. Making an appointment was very difficult. I found that no one in the service department could make a decision on their own. I purchased my CRV from Gerrish and many of my perks have been taken away. I will find another service garage to take care of my vehicle.
