    Not your typical transaction! I live 1,300 miles from UNIVERSAL MITSUBISHI and I purchased a vehicle 100% via text and telephone...other than photos, completely sight unseen. I am also in car sales and I had nothing but positive interactions with Tiki and Daniel during our dealings and post-sale follow up. As with any used car purchase, do your research on the vehicle and don’t be afraid to ask all of the important questions (ie: history, service, smoker, prior paint work, dents, number of keys, manual, etc.)

    If a franchise ever deserved to lose their franchise its GLENDALE MITSUBISHI or UNIVERSAL MITSUBISHI depending on who you talk to and onto which the paper plates are put on used cars even though they haven't been in GLENDALE for several weeks. They demand that you call them back. They demand that you answer their texts, and then when you do it, they don't answer your emails, nor your texts. Further! They changed the price on a car in the span of 10 days from $9,395. to $9.495. to $10,995. They truly don't have a chain of command there. One side doesn't have a clue what the other side is doing. Please know that you have been warned about this dealership. They are lucky our family does not complain to MITSUBISHI CORPORATE, which will really make this screwed up dealership accountable., but I just want to FORGET the experience FOREVER

    GREAT EXPERIENCE!

    The minute we walked into the showroom we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Every single employee smiled and greeted us as we walked through the show room. We felt no pressure at all. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to show us different options available to us. Our Salesman, Shawn, was extremely nice, very friendly, and made the car-buying experience fun! Armand, the General Manager went above and beyond our expectations! He explained different scenarios and helped us decide on the best options for us. After we selected our Outlander GT Sport, it was detailed to perfection! We had a great experience in the Finance Office with Richard! Again no pressure and he made signing paperwork an easy task! Every employee seemed to enjoy working at Glendale Mitsubishi. They made us feel like family. If you want a pleasant car shopping experience go to Glendale Mitsubishi!

    I felt like home at this dealership. they were willing to look at my Mitsubishi and didnt over charge me like some of the independent shops I cross shopped. I would def have my Friends do service here.

    Unforgettable Experience

    First of all I would like to say how wonderful my sales-woman, Gina Plescia - Internet Manager, was!! I was looking for a 2007 Scion Tc. I found one online from their dealer; I called and spoke with Gina. She had such an upbeat tone in her voice on the phone; I was excited to meet her. When I got there she was exactly what I expected, upbeat with a great attitude and made me feel as if my buying process was a priority to her. After test driving the vehicle I decided that was the car I wanted. During the long finance process, she was with me the whole time, I felt like I really got to know her. I even sat down with the Finance Manager and even though he was doing his job to sell the car at a higher price, he did everything he could to make me happy. I left there at night after a long and tiring day feeling like I was at the top of the world. I truly and honestly felt like every one assisted me with my best interest at hand. I highly recommend this dealership and I am likely to purchase from there again in the future.

    Superb After Sale Service

    A few days later after trading in my old Outlander Sport 2011 for a new 2013 SE loaded with options, I started to have questions about my purchase (buyers remorse... not really, more like what did I buy and where was it...). The salesman I had dealt with was not on site, so I was attended by Michael Lee (the general sales manager). I was very impressed and delighted by the manner in which he patiently explained and answered all my questions. It's really hard to find such a service after you are out the door.
