new car sales is horrible
This place is a joke. Was dealing with Moe. He gives me a quote on a leaf that doesn't exist in there inventory and the listed price online on the leaf I inquired about is much cheaper. Unfortunately they don't like educated buyers that do there homework. Not sure how this place has good reviews. They play too many games. He have me a payment of 750 a month like I am buying a Mercedes, its a Nissan.

They scammed me on the purchase price, didn't pay off the full balance of my trade in so now I am getting a late fee from my old bank and they got a parking ticket in my old car. A ticket came to my house today and all they say is don't worry you don't own the car but they never transferred the plates to their company name. They are a terrible company full of THIEVES and liars . They don't deserve even 1 star!!

Couldn't even keep appointments
They were slow to respond, hard to deal with but were still offering a great deal, so I gave them a shot. My mistake. On my way over, they called ME asking if I was still coming. I said yes, I will be there within in hour. 50 minutes later I walk into the dealership. They receptionist phoned the man I was supposed to meet. He had already left for the day. He says give it to someone else in internet sales. Nobody in IS wants it? Is available? So they contact the floor-sales people, a guy comes over to talk to me and says nobody is going to help me. I thought he was kidding. He says, no, seriously, you can come back tomorrow. What car dealership REACHES OUT to people trying to buy a car, confirms their appointment, and then leaves before they show up at the appointed time? I'm considering this lucky on my end. I'm seeing all the 1 star reviews (and joining in) and understanding there are better places to buy a car.

Although I didn't buy a car but I was treated nicely without any pressure . The whole team was great especially my sales woman Isamar, I recomend this dealership.

swindled and ignored
bought a new 20`19 Nissan Rogue in June 2018. They gave me a 3 day option to get my own financing. I came back in 2 days with B of A financing and they had already sent it off to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp at an astronomical rate. I had to buy back the loan by changing my loan to a used car loan at a higher rate. The dealership kept telling me it was my problem now. I bought a new car so i wouldn't have to deal with the DMV. 3 Months later I am now having to jump through hoops to find the title so I can change the leinholder name. Universal Nissan has refused to even help me with figuring out how to get the title. I talked to finance at the dealership and they kept telling me it is now my problem they are done with the sale. They created this problem with no intention to allow me to get my own financing. Now I ask for a little help resolving the title on a brand new car and they want nothing to do with me. Universal City Nissan will sweet talk you into the car with lies and once they sell you the car they will want nothing to do with you. Worst experience buying a car in my life. I strongly suggest going elsewhere if you are interested in buying a Nissan.

Great professional sale team
I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone . When you call there - don't forget to ask for Zury and Mike - you will get the most professional and ethical help in the industry! Thank you, guys!
