    Bait and Switch

    Currently has a 2018 Ford F250 XLT listed for $10,450 77k miles when you contact the dealership they direct you to a different one of course stating it was improperly priced and it will be corrected next week. It's been 4 weeks and it's still listed for $10,450 if you can't trust them before you get to the dealership why would you trust them with any sale. Internet purchaser be careful

    My husband and I went to this dealership to buy a 2019 F-150 XLT with tow package and the upgraded interior - power back window, lumbar support on both seats, heated seats, etc. Salesman consistently asked questions directed at me along the lines of, 'How often will you even drive this truck or pull a trailer?' and 'will you even back a trailer into a spot?' Then while we are discussing how the package was right but the color was wrong (magma red while we want black but 'the red looks black at night') he began to joke about discounts he could give us for the truck being the wrong color and when we refused he began trying to convince us to go to the STX. We denied that as well, because we know what we want, so he took us to the office so he could see about getting the package we want. When in the office with this guy, he continued to ignore anything that I said and focused his eyes directly on my husband even when I was speaking to him. Felt like I had no right to even have an opinion. Will. Not. Return. Ever.
