    I drove right in, the Service Associate that greeted me was very polite and explained exactly what was going to be done, as I waited for my vehicle he came to check on me and asked if I had any other questions or concerns, it was a great experience and I will certainly be returning to Transwest GMC for all my service needs

    Frank Valdez was very helpful in helping find the use car that I was looking for and took very good care of us. He e-mail me when the type of car I was looking for came in. I would recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone that was look for a new or used car.

    We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.

    After test driving the monster known as the Pontiac GTO I found my baby at this dealership! Being from a family that takes pride in their automobiles I unfortunately had to make room to allow her to come home. I submitted a lead online while viewing photos of the (soon to be mine) GTO and Kyle contacted me shortly after. I sent him pictures and descriptions of the two cars I had and scheduled a time to come see the GTO in person. Being that this particular GTO had been modified, test drives were for serious inquiries only. When we arrived at the dealership the GTO was parked out front and it looked better than in the photos! We spent a few minutes looking at the car until we were greeted by Kyle. A few minutes later we asked to go on a test drive and that's when I feel in love with that car! When we got back Kyle was covering the sales floor and had another client, but Matt came and helped keep the process rolling. We sat down with Matt and were informed that this car had four other interested buyers and after crunching some numbers we decided to put a hold on the car until the next day so we could get the other two cars ready and say our proper goodbyes. The following day we arrived with the two cars we were trading for this amazing GTO. This was a heartfelt transaction due to the history these two cars had in our family and the attached sentimental value made it a tough decision, but Matt and Kyle made it a smooth as possible! A couple of hours later and we were driving home in my awesome GTO! With service like this and how clean their lot is I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership! It was a bit of a drive for us, but it was worth it! Matt and Kyle were very professional and courteous! At no point did we ever feel pressured, rushed or under-appreciated. Thanks to Matt and Kyle I will be able to make many more memories in my new GTO!

    I purchased a used Subaru Outback from Transwest GMC last week. They went above and beyond to help me with what, to them, is a smaller purchase. I told Kyle Berry, in Sales, that I would want a mechanic to look at the Subaru for a pre-purchase inspection before I would buy it and Kyle said, "No problem." (This has not been my experience at other dealerships where the salesperson tries to talk you out of a pre-purchase inspection (ie. the car has already had a 333 point inspection by our mechanics!) Kyle even offered to take the car to a Subaru mechanic that I had found just down the road from Transwest (RetroRoos, also great). The next day around lunchtime, Kyle drove the Subaru to RetroRoos - the mechanic gave the car a clean bill of health, and that evening I purchased the Subaru. Al in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. I've purchased a handful of vehicles and never has it been this easy, never have I felt like I got a fair price, and never have the dealership staff been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend looking at Transwest for your next giant truck or random used Subaru.

    you would have to be literally crazy to drive into this place. I bought a 2015 Canyon from them because it was the only place in the state that had one. WOW, first there is no one there. Maybe 1-2 people. Plus they actually do not care at all, looks like they mainly deal with commercial and normal people are pushed away. I tried for 3 hours to get my dead truck in for service. made over 10 calls. hung up on half the time or transferred to a dead vm. Tried later at lunch time thinking some slackers were in early and it was worse. The service manager told me to go else where as they really do not work on personal vehicles. Run do not walk from this place, horrible is not even how I would describe it since I could not even get in the door today. Went to my normal dealership and they got me taken care of in 15min.
