  Eric was fantastic. He recommended the perfect tires for my car. Was clear on what was done to my car and when and what will be done for next service. I highly recommend you make an appt. since many people in line were walk-ins and I got to go to front of the line since i had appt. At Victory Toyota in Monterey they provide a free Uber ride to and from your destination while your car is being serviced. I wish Stkn. would consider providing this service.

  customer service was friendly, courteous
 facilities were clean spacious but needed cups for drinking water
 if did not check the oil after the oil change. I pray it is done well.
 we did not buy a car but the friendly sales consultant gave a us a ride on a car we wanted to try out.
 the purchasing process was excellent, but the price of $69 for an oil change is high.
