    top customer service from floor sales person to manager to shuttle driver. I'm glad I visited this dealer ship, nearby to where I live and they helped me get a 2016 truck off the lot. Mr. Young showed me all the style trucks, explained the trims, truck body, bed size, new technology, and did more than expected from a car dealership very helpful. Now I am happy w my 2016 Tacoma Trd Sport long bed exactly what i wanted.

    This Pasadena dealership is near where I live and work. Fortunately it is good. I used to drive to Longo. But I will never go there again. I bought a new car here and have the service here at Pasadena. No complain.

    Don't buy a car from anyone but Liz. So friendly and professional. I traded in my lease Prius C and got the new version with no money down and almost the identical price I was paying for the old one. Can't beat that!

    I bought a corolla back in 2012 from toyota of pasadena. So when my son was interested in getting a new car I recommend he go to toyota of pasadena. I recommend he look for Espi Blanco because she was so helpful when I bought my car. Not just when I bought it but every time I went to get it serviced she made sure I got the service and attention I needed.

    Just recently bought a toyota camry from toyota of pasadena. Espi Blanco helped make everything simple and easy. She helped get a fair price and made us feel comfortable during the whole process. As a first time car buyer I was worried I would not be approved but she reassured me she would do what she could to help. I left satisfied with my experience at toyota of pasadena.

    I purchased a new car at this dealer and the process was very smooth with no high pressure. I felt the staff was very professional and we were fully able to discuss any details with both the Salesman and the Manager. There were no games and they worked hard to make the deal happen.     Great Car-buying Experience

    Just bought my first Toyota at Pasadena Toyota. I dealt with Phil Salman who made my car-buying experience the best one I've ever had! He was very patient and friendly, and not at all pressurizing. He listened to what I wanted and allowed me to think about the options of trim, and color. I made two trips to the dealership - one to test drive and a week in between to make a decision. During that week, I got several quotes that were lower than what Phil offered. When I came in a week later, I told him the lowest offer I got and he worked with me to match it. He also negotiated on my behalf for a better trade-in for my old car with the resale person. The experience was good. The time he took for the entire process was quick. The entire process (negotiation, trade-in evaluation, sign paperwork, etc.) was 1.5 hours. Fastest I've experienced in buying a car, and it was all pleasant. I feel Phil dealt with me honestly and fairly. He wasn't out to "get" me and we both benefited from the deal. He has to, after all, make a profit. I understand that and know that the price I paid was on par with that in my area, based research online. Looking for a Toyota? Get in touch with Phil Salman. Best sales experience ever! WIll look forward to reviewing the service department when I use them down the road.

    I specc'd out a Toyota Prius c, asked for a quote, instead I got back generic boilerplate reply, "contact us" as if I hadn't already done so. That isn't why I tried to use cars.com. I wanted a quote.
