    What a cluster bunk

    My husband and I bought a Corolla six months ago. I’ll admit that we weren’t used to dealing with big dealerships and man did they see us coming. The car was listed in their ad for $9000 it was a 2010 but had low mileage 49000 so we thought what a great deal. We put down five thousand and traded our car for five hundred. We just called to find out what the complete payout amount is they told us fourteen thousand. How the xxxx can that be. They told us it was because of the auto Butler. This was the warranty they sold us that we thought was only two or three hundred. Try five thousand. And they put all of the information on a micro disc. Do you can’t really follow along. They saw us coming that’s all. It’s too late for us but whoever reads this might have a chance. Actually they screwed theirselves because we had planned on buying a RAV 4 next year new. Not from them. Good luck

    I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend the sales side of this dealership at all! The sales associate was nice, but immediate and upper management staff are very poor. They’re definitely a shady business and don’t provide good customer service.

    Fantastic Service

    I was looking for a Toyota Prius online and found what I was looking for at Toyota of Tampa Bay. Amber Credeur in the Internet Sales department contacted me within 10 minutes of my online inquiry. She made an appointment for me to see the car and kept in contact with me throughout the week. Amber was quick to respond to any questions I had. When I arrived at the dealership she had the car ready. She walked us through the entire process from the test drive to putting the tag on the car after I purchased it. Her customer service skills were exceptional. Fernando in the Finance department was also amazing! He worked to get me the best deal possible. I am extremely happy with the service I got at Toyota of Tampa Bay. I would definitely make the drive down for my future vehicle needs.

    Running my credit before talking numbers is out of the question. Bought a new tundra in 2016, came back today to talk numbers on a new 4Runner TRD Pro purchase. The old sales manager will let a prior customer walk out for not letting him start the sales process by running my credit first, before looking at numbers. Very stupid!!! Toyota of Tampa Bay isn't the same as the first time I was there in 2016. Steer away...

    In mid March 2020 I found myself 135 miles from home with a husband critically ill at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa and with a large nail in my 6 week old rear tire. Tampa Bay Toyota would not honor road hazard guarantee as I didn't buy tire from them. I am out approximately $325.

    Bait and Switch, shady dealership

    I called and made sure the car was there (specific color)with reggie, which he said yes, then i called again in the morning before I left for the 3 hour drive,,, 3 HOURS WITH WIFE AND 2 YR OLD!!!!! I WAS TOLD THE CAR WOULD CLEAN AND READY UP FRONT! VIP.. LOL YEAH RIGHT! I had a paid for trade worth 13k plus 2k CASH. They acted like it was right there , it was flame blue , u can see the car from space. After a few minutes they said a wholesaler bought the car for more than advertised . Again a lie! At this point I'm mad but i drove 3 Hr with my family maybe they will give me deal on a brand new hybrid corolla since they wanted my time right , nah . I have been looking at they cars for weeks there all pretty much the same LE corolla , their pretty bare. But the wife wants one so. I asked to work me up a price , I was told i can have a price unless I drove the car, it's their policy... Who the heck do these guys think they are to tell me how I can buy a car!

    Toyota of Tampa goes the extra mile to make you happy. Very satisfied with my used car purchase. If you are looking for a car, go see sales rep Victor Nieves. He is a great guy and Toyota of Tampa is a great place to get a great car.

    I've been ripped off here

    They just ripped me off. Added a lot of fees on top of advertised price! The salesperson Edwin Andino lied looking right into my eyes! Finance guy just added another fees that was not negotiated! I ended up paying $3000 more than what was advertised.

    These people made simultaneous credit inquiries without my consent, even though I told them that I did not want more than one credit check because I was planning to buy a house and my surprise at the end of the month that more than seven letters of inquiry began to arrive. credit. but I want you to know that I am going to be a palate with the super lawsuit in federal court. and so that they have knowledge is condemnable by law when you make this type of scams and violation of the language when signing a person without knowing the written language and without explaining what is contained in it. we will see each other in court.
