    I came from OKC to purchase a vehicle. They sent pictures and were super honest about everything over the phone. I got there expecting for me to find a flaw on the vehicle and found none! I absolutely love my pick up and the two years of free service!

    I started my search about a month before purchase. I had picked out a vehicle and decided to see on availability. They had it and I made an appointment. I suddenly got extremely nervous reading the crappy reviews from this dealership about people driving hundreds of miles for no car. I called the dealership and expressed concern to Zachary the internet sales guy and asked for a picture of the mileage. He took a VIDEO and texted it to me saying...we have your car. Few minutes later the manager, Marcus, called me to reassure me the car was here. I was informed this dealership is under new management and everyone else was fired. Yay! So all the one stars with outdated reviews...they are gone! They did above what I asked. Phew. Drove 3.5 hours. I arrived at 11:30am. dealership has two buildings for new and used. I accidentally went to the wrong side and was confused but eventually ended up with KeKe as my salesman. Marcus the manager came to me and told me I spoke with him on the phone. We negotiated a price with a trade in. He showed me prices from what he was seeing. They did offer a xxxx of a deal with the car so I didnt chip at that too much. Ohh....my used car was in an accident. Well crud. Read the entire report and decided air bags werent deployed so it wasn't that bad. They did go up with the amount of money given for my trade in. Keke then had me test drive the car. He answered all of my questions and even got in the back seat so I knew how much room was back there in terms of feet...he is 6'4"! Keke and Marcus gave me a truck to get lunch. It was 2pm. I was starved. Came back and we finalized everything. I went to the finance department where I met Trey. Everything was going smooth as he told me they were able to beat my low interest rate with USAA. Then he started in on a salespitch for a warranty. I understood everything and decided I didn't want to pay for a warranty. I will use my own mechanic and Trey had a little split personality and made a couple rude comments and his tone quickly changed. By that time it was 4ish...I was ready to leave. I stopped talking and tried to change conversation to lighthearten the mood but he didn't take it which made it more awkward than anything. Couldn't bust outta his office fast enough. He must get bonuses from the warranty cause...yaaaaa. Made me almost say...not going with your bank either. K...busted out the door and back to KeKe (breath of fresh air). He had the cars bumper pin being fixed and detailed being completed. He installed my tags and....get this....followed me to the gas station to fill up my new, used car before going home. Very impressed with this young man! Overall the experience was great...minus warranty spat which is why I didn't rate them as perfect since I felt uncomfortable. Marcus and KeKe were transparent and gave me their service report for my car when they got it.

    Horrible Customer Service

    This car dealership has awful customer service. I made an appointment with a sale representative the night before to see the truck. When I got to the dealership, the sales rep didn't acknowledge my appointment and said that I never made an appointment. Regardless, it should that I dealing with an unprofessional staff - not because they made a mistake but because they were not willing to be accountable for their actions. To make matters worse, they lied about the condition of the car - the sales representative said that there was no mechanical issues and interior of the car was cleaned. When arrived there, the car was covered in fur, very dirty and the car's engine was not working. They told me to wait an hour so they could fix and clean the car but they were unable to. I drove three hours and waited another hour for horrible, unprofessional customer service. This place should be avoided because you're dealing with shady car dealers who trying to make a quick profit at your expense. his vehicle was not cleaned and its engine doesn't work.

    Bought a used car from them they said they can’t work on they were zero help doing anything I’ve only had the car 4 months barely 60000mi

    This place sucks. I took my car to get something fix and paid over $1,200. The car kept making the same noise 3 days later and every time (about six additional times) I took it they said the tech could not hear anything or was able to see where the noise was coming from. Today I took it again as I heard the noise and the tech was able to heard it. “I said well fix it as I already paid to get that noise taken care of” and they told me that it was a different part what it need to be replace so I have to pay about a $1,000.00 again because they already replaced something else that was working good but he thought that was the part that was making the noise. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

    I can not express my gratitude enough towards Alex Ortega. He was so helpfull from the jump. He didn’t try to force anything on me, his mindset was to get me into something that I could afford and was nice. If you ever want to buy a new or used car please oak for this man. He was EXCELLENT

    Wow where to start I will never ever in my life deal with them!!! So let me begin like this..I got a call from a dealer and I went up there..He was very nice.I told them my situation with I have a car now but my brother drives it and my father got me a car..So he said if u can get ur father to help ur brother and trade that car in..then I would be able to trade the car I have in my name in and i can get a car and my brother could also...so yay right that seems like a good plan to me...but the next day me and my brother go to Toyota and they start working on us...So I thought..when they arrived they haven't even done anything with my brother yet just me.So I told them I need my brother also cus since I'm trading in the car I got him he would be left with nothing cus the car my father got me he didnt want so I wasn't going to make he drive something..but i made it clear to them that if my brother doesn't get a car I'll be stuck with a new car and this one...they said ok...but told me they can only do one of us at a time..lol ok so they returned with some paperwork and instead of them using my father to cosign for my brother they said I needed it and not to worry they got my brother..So they sold me a car that was worth $25,000 with interest so high that at the end of my 72 months I'll end up paying almost $50,000 for it...so I brought that mf..back the next day since my father refused to sign the papers cus they were going to screw me! They had no real intention on helping my brother and they were going to leave me with two car notes!! That's why they worked on me and not him I was an easier target! Never again!! Make sure you look at the paper work and get a very detailed paper of everything they are charging you!!!

    Terrible people skills

    Talked with several sales people before and during a 5 hour trip to look at a truck they assured me would be held until I got there. NOT so, 30 minutes away I got a call and was told the truck was sold. Some how the folks I talked to seemed to think this was my fault. Pretty obvious they operate on the " Whats In it For Me" principle.
