    Dropped off my 2019 Tacoma off for a recall repair and the 15,000 mile service. Mr Reynolds was my initial contact . He was very friendly and explained precisely what the recall remedy was to address my Tacoma. My loaner car was already set aside for me. When picking up my Tacoma after service they had cleaned it inside and out. Loved it!

    Josh did a great job of getting my truck in and out in the same day. I figured since I just dropped it off they would not be able to fix it without a notice. Dropped it off at 10 and service was completed by 4. Always great service that’s why I go there no hassle. Of course I bought my 2014 Tundra from them new.

    Outstanding Maintenance

    I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla in for normal preventitave maintenance, and I received outstanding customer service. The maintenance team at Toyota of Fayetteville did an outstanding job on my 2015 Toyota Corolla with my oil changes, tire rotation, brake fluid flush, and rear brake adjustments. They keep my car in excellent condition. My 2015 Toyota Corolla has 84,000 and never had any problem's. The service advisor Joshua Reeves did an outstanding job with my vehicle maintenance. Then, I went to go and test drive a brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla, and I was greeted by a real nice sales woman. I forgot her name, but she was real nice. She did an awesome job telling me about the features of the brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla LE. Toyota of Fayetteville is the best Toyota car dealership in Northwest Arkansas.

    I took my 2017 4 Runner in for a service and drove out with a new Toyota Tundra TSS. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them. Mike Maynard was awesome throughout the process. He was my salesman for my 4Runner and now my truck. I definitely recommend buying from them and having Mike for a salesman. The whole team there is terrific and I won't buy anywhere else.
