    Customer service was excellent the people were friendly and very professional. However after my purchase I inquired about more information about the car they sold me with it being a modified Dodge Charger I would have thought they would have more information about the modifications with maybe a build sheet were something or whether they were even provided one if not then I understand but it would seem that after asking a few times I've been shuffled to the back of the line or forgotten about. So I have a highly modified fast car with no knowledge of what is built under the hood! Being a car from a high end dealership I feel it would be important for them to have high end information for the cars they sell so therefore I am quite disappointed in this.

    Terrible, no integrity

    Absolute GARBAGE! I have been waiting for 3 days and have been pulled along waiting for the supposed “Sales Manager” Gregory F McDevitt to tell me of my buy will be accepted. Then they RAISED the online price on their website and on Ebay by $13,000 dollars just to see if they could get more while stringing me along (I have the screenshots, so save the excuses). The absolute most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Highly advise staying away from this debacle of dealership, if they even rate to be called one. To the owner: Save your “canned response” from your internet monitoring team, I do not want it, nor does anyone reading this with your “Thank you, we….” Excuses!!! What an absolute deplorable place of business.

    Professional Service, Incredible Selection

    Just bough a vehicle from the dealership, through Sales Manager Chris Scott. Overall, the experience was great. I needed some time to check out and drive various models before I settled on one, and Chris helped me every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy everything I drove, and once I found the one I wanted to buy, the rest of the process was very smooth. Overall, I'd recommend the dealership to anyone with interest in the types of vehicles they sell. As far as the car, I've only had it for 1 day, so I will update this review if there are any issues down the line. Chris assured me that their inspection process was very comprehensive, and that my original manufacturer's warranty would be very much intact. If that holds true, this dealership will have my business for life.

    Bait and switch

    I had been looking for a specific vehicle for quite some time and I was unable to find the exact vehicle locally. I started to look online and found the exact car I was looking for at The Toy Barn. I inquired about the vehicle that was listed as “for sale” on their website as well as all of the larger vehicle/car websites. An associate responded promptly and explained that the car was “in route” to the dealer and “I would have pictures coming my way soon”. I made some financial arrangements on my end in anticipation of purchasing this vehicle. A number of days later I received a text from the associate stating that “the vehicle was sold” and it was now “no longer coming to the dealership”. No other assistance, no reason, nothing. What a complete waste of my time and truly underhanded in my opinion. Here is a new concept, DO NOT ADVERTISE A VEHICLE as FOR SALE THAT YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE and that is not actually FOR SALE!! Run away, run fast.

    Spectacular service

    Chris Scott, Tommy and Zach were perfect in every way. This was the best car buying experience in my 60 years of buying cars. I live in AZ and they still made it worth my while to fly to OH. Love these guys¿¿¿¿

    Poor Sales Manager Service

    I bought a Maserati from ToyBarn in 2017 and the sales men are nice guys Fast forward 2 years. I want to sell the car and I reach out to them via Facebook (not sure who I spoke to) since they were looking to purchase some cars. After talking, they submit an offer for $18-18.5k for the car and can honor that price for a week. The very next day I go to the Toybarn and talk to Greg (sale manager), after driving and looking over the car, they offer 16.5k... He said let him make a few calls and he'll call me back. He never called me back. I wasn't even pushing for $18.5k. I told them I would take $18k The next day, I e-mail Greg to see if there was an update. No response to the e-mail. The next day, I call Greg on his cell phone and he said he could offer $17-17.5k but to call him back in 30 minutes. I became busy and wasn't able to call him back. But I called him the next day and no answer on his cell phone and no call back after leaving a voicemail I wasn't trying to bother them but I had a 10-day pay off date and didn't want to keep paying interest on the car since they said they'd offer $18k for. I get that I didn't buy a $400k Ferrari but the customer service here in this incident, was sub-par and this alone will keep me from buying a car from them again or recommending them.

    Quick and clear communication

    Although the entire experience lasted a few weeks, the team did a great job with timely and upfront clear communication. The staff is easy to work with and accommodating with very low pressure or annoying phone calls/emails. The day I actually picked up my GTR, they had all the paper work ready and I was in and out in less than 45 min! They also offered a very fair price on the vehicle I was trading in.

    Toy barn added an extra $9200 to the price of my car after the fact. They then extended my loan by 6 months to hide it. This place is bad news.

    Overall happy with my experience. They were very accommodating with respect to delivery. Price was a little high considering I found it online from where they bought it, but sometimes you pay up for convenience.
