    Greg Norton, my salesman, treated me with great consideration and respect and was very professional. I appreciated the dealership's non-intimidating atmosphere. Greg gave a great overview of the features of the new Tacoma I was test driving. The finance officer was capable and respectful as well.

    I took my truck to them after going to three diffrent service shops. Every shop before hand never found the problem. Only Tony Davino found the problem and had it fixed in a short time. Really impressed with the in depth and clean way they found the problem.

    I was met on the service drive for my scheduled 18 month service on my 2016 Highlander. I had no problems that I wanted corrected by the service department. I waited for my car in the dealership waiting area and interacted with the dealership customer service representative. I have no problems with the dealership or the service provided.

    Ryan Judson’s was my Service Manager. He is very professional and informative. It was a busy day but my car was done in less than 30 minutes for its 40,000 mile check and cabin air filter change.

    Before you buy a Toyota or if your a current Toyota owner be cautious about their warranty. If you don't service your vehicle at a dealership and have any kind of warranty issue they will be contentious over it. Also Toyota will check your motor vehicle records and if you own anything other than Toyota products they will frown even further upon helping you out. In our experience, just seven days after the warranty, we noticed the water pump had been leaking for months which the pictures prove it happened in the warranty period. There was no sign to alert us until we had the oil changed at a "non Toyota dealer" shop, which BTW we were never told we had to use Toyota shops as a requirement of the warranty. So now we get to fix a water pump that went out with only 50k miles on the vehicle. While we appreciate the offer of a 50/50 deal we still are left with a horrible taste in our mouth, especially since the vehicle is 10k miles under the warranty max. There are 14 toyotas in our family combined too! Also one thing we found out is how the dealerships south of this one are much,much cheaper. Not sure how that all works. Be extra nice to Tony Divino too or you will be trash talked when your not there.

    I had my car service at Tony Divino Toyota in Riverdale today. The Technician name was Christian R. He was fantastic to work with. I arrived a little early for my appointment, he promptly got my car in and the service was completed very quickly. I was in and out within 30 mins. He explained all services completed and was very helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable.
