    My 16 Years Experience with Tony Divino Toyota

    I have been loyal to Tony Divino Toyota for 16 years. This is the second new car I have purchased from them. The Service Department is extremely reliable and capable. Alex, the sales person was easy to work with. For this last visit I especially want to thank the Service Department Manager and Dennis for making me feel like a special customer. It is employees like them who cause people to return to Tony Divino Toyota.

    Very disappointed with the salesman Chris. My daughter went in and test drove a Juke. She noticed a rattle in the back. He said he would put it in the shop and check it out. We would be back the next day to purchase the vehicle. However they sold the vehicle that night. So two things wrong with what went down. 1- he told her he would put it in the shop and knew we would be down to get it. 2- they sold the vehicle to someone else knowing it needed to be looked at.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!

    BUYER’S BEWARE!!! Tony Divino is the absolute worst dealership there is, I am actually surprised they are still in business!!! Their service department and the customer service, OR LACK THEREOF, is absolutely ridiculous. They have made MULTIPLE errors with our vehicles, but today was the final straw!!! My husband bought their oil change package, so we scheduled an appointment at 7:00am, and dropped the vehicle off the night before and left the keys in the dropbox so they would have them bright and early. We show up at 7:45 to pick up our vehicle, and it had not been touched!!! We go in to see what is going on, and we are immediately asked who are we working with. We aren’t working with anyone, scheduled online and keys are in the drop box, “Oh, has anyone checked the drop box?” And we are treated like we did something wrong. What in the world??? Don’t they have a list of their appointments??? Then when I am mad and I say, “When I have an appointment at 7am, I xxxx well expect it to be in at 7am!” This little man in the Service Dept goes off because I said “xxxx”. YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They could have cared less that they messed up, no apology...NOTHING!!! I will absolutely go to any other Toyota Dealership, never again to Tony Divino!!! Sorry for the rant, I just don’t want anyone else to have to go through this!

    Worst Customer Service - Buy Elsewhere

    I purchased my 2019 Toyota 4Runner from Tony Divino. Recently, I had to schedule my 20,000 mile oil change at Toyota Bountiful because Tony Divino couldn’t get me in before a trip - Sure thing, that’s fine. The problem is, as I tried to change my oil myself a few days ago, the oil filter housing was extremely tight and broke my filter wrench. I called the dealership to see if they could help and they refused, told me to call Bountiful. After speaking to bountiful, they’re willing to help me out but it’s over an hour drive from where I live. Called Tony Divino again, they tell me that the only way they’ll touch the oil filter housing is if I give them $25 in labor to LOOSEN the housing, not even remove it. $25 to turn a wrench a quarter turn? They also told me I’d be held responsible if the part breaks and I’d have to purchase a new one. The only people to touch under the hood on this 4Runner is those at authorized Toyota dealerships, so why they refuse to fix this problem is well beyond me. It’s a brand new vehicle and I most definitely advise if you want any sort of decent treatment you buy elsewhere. Outrageous how money hungry and selfish this company can be.

    The worst customer service after you sell me a brand new truck and don't get my plates before temp tag expires you tell me don't worry if you get a ticket you can show the court tags are on there way that's a day off work to go to court who pays for that me just for spending 40,000 with you . Let's see what they will do to make it right l will post again and let you know think twice many dealers out there
