  Local dealer still did not have parts to fix recall on my car. Heard Tom Kelley had parts and took a road trip to get car fixed. Well worth the drive. Staff courteous and friendly. Repair and oil change completed in a unexpected short amount of time. Very clean and COVID regulations observed.

  What I like the most about Kelley and Sarah is that I didn’t feel pressure to buy. Zach was helpful too. Sarah’s so sweet and always offered coffee and snacks.

  New xt6 purchase

  We were looking for a Cadillac xt6 and could only find one within 500 miles optioned the way we wanted. Dealer is 75 miles from us. Called and talked to Bill Bodecker in sales. Was helpful and knowledgeable. Used GM pricing so didn’t have to go through negotiating price which is always a relief. When we went to pickup car they spent a lot of time going over the cars operation which is good with all the features new cars have. Mason did this for us and was excellent. Offered extended warranty packages but were not obnoxious on selling them. Overall great experience, would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  We worked with Sarah Smith, and she was phenomenal! Showed us every vehicle we wanted to look at, and it was quite few! She was very patient with me, my wife, and two kids. Actually ended up buying a vehicle we didn't even plan on looking at. Because of Sarah, we had one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've ever had. It did take awhile to finally get the financing done, but he was great as well. Would most definitely recommend working with the Tom Kelly group, and most definitely with Sarah!
