    Not Worth it
by SUV Finder from Philadelphia, PA | July 16, 2012

I looked at an SUV there and not only was pushed into buying it but then tryed making a deal and they hung the phone up on me. the deal i offered was only $750 lower what their initial asking price was. The salesmen in there are awful and unless you're buying a brand new lexus, you will be treated like a second class citizen. I would never recommend buying from this dealership or any Thompson Dealership.

    Just Horrible
    by momof4 from Blackwood, NJ | June 05, 2012

Horrible, horrible, horrible, saw a Honda Pilot on their site and called to verify that it was still available. My husband spoke with the salesman who took his number and called him back to let me know it is still available for purchase. My husband also informed the salesman that we were coming from New Jersey and told him the exact time we would be arriving. After driving for over hour we arrived and saw him with the vehicle, he had it running, we checked it out and it seemed fine, he took my husband's license to make a copy so we could take it for a test drive. He came back 5 minutes later and told us the vehicle was sold just 10 minutes prior to our arrival. My husband spoke with this man at approximately 6pm and we arrived at 8:20pm, we even spoke to him at least twice on our way there and there was no talk of the vehicle being sold.

    Young but not dumb
by Young but not dumb from Stroudsburg, PA | September 10, 2011

The car buying experience is a long slow process for someone on a budget and a lot of time is spent researching; to begin my experience. Before visiting this dealership I had seen a car I had liked very much online, it was the right year body style, the right milage, the price was competitive with many similar cars and in the pictures it looked immaculate. So, I had called to talk to a salesman about the car. He stated that the car was worth coming to see. After driving just over an hour and a half to see this 2007 Si it was, for a lack of a better word, atrocious. I could not believe such a reputable dealership would even put a car like this on the lot. The car had to have been in a front end collision. But, this car was not obviously in an accident, it was obvious someone did a back-yark-throw-er-back-together job. The paint on the entire hood was cracked as if the person who resprayed the car did not use the proper paint, so as the metal heated and expaned the paint split. As for the rest of the car, it had a Honda body kit on, again sprayed in a garage, you could see the dust flakes in it and the masking tape lines that were not even close to being done correctly. The shift boot was horrendous, it looked like someone had been yanking on that thing the entire 50,000 miles and the streering wheel was missing the color off of the center peice. When I pointed out all of these things to the salesman, he stated that "this must not be the car for you." No, this car is not right for me or anyone and the lack of willingness to correct such problems shows that this is not the dealership for me either. I strongly do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car.
