  My visit to Thompson Lexus was a pleasure. Ryan McKinnon very personal as well as the knowledge of Lexus automobiles. Customer service was also great. Everyone their was professional and easy going. Couldn't get better service and Larry was great. An overall A Plus for the last 3 years . I'm a very satisfied person thanks to all .

  Excellent Experience Once Again!!

  Let's start off with I was not even looking to purchase another vehicle, but I did!! I received a promotional email from Thompson seeing what they could do to get me to trade in my 2010 Lexus ES 350 which I loved. I responded letting them know that I had no need to trade at this time and was very happy with the last ES 350 they sold me. I also informed them if they could get me into a new Certified Lexus for around the same price and no money down, I would discuss the options. Well, they answered my challenge. Ryan McKinnon, who also sold me my last vehicle, gave me a call. After taking some time to work with my and the finance team, while he was on vacation, we made a deal work. I now have a new 2014 ES 350 that I love!! Thank you to Ryan, Sharon, Kyle and the whole team at Thompson for making me a happy customer.... Again!!

  Buying a car is never an easy process. Sales Consultant Joseph Marchione is one in a million. He made the whole experience enjoyable. He worked with me to get the deal I wanted. He was upfront, honest and extremely responsive, even when outside of business hours. The rest of the staff, including managers, all helped to ensure I left satisfied and had everything I needed.   Excellent Experience

  I came to Thompson Lexus set on finding a IS 300 F Sport and met with Brian Walker, who was both an incredible resource but personable sales consultant - not to mention he made my goal a reality. He answered any and all questions and worked very closely with me and my father. The leasing process was positive and very low stress, contrary to the usual car buying experience. Additionally, when it came time to finalize the lease, I worked with the rest of the Thompson Lexus team to ensure a seamless experience. The tech expert and delivery specialist David Fink was also incredibly knowledgeable and made learning about my new vehicle simple (despite the information overload that comes with a new vehicle). All in all, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend Thompson Lexus to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a new vehicle - great product and exceptional staff!

  As a customer of a Lexus Rx350 i recommend Thompson Lexus to everyone! I am always taking excellant care of from the time I drive in by the staff whom always have smiles on their face and somthing nice to say till the time i check out ! I also enjoy the fresh cookies the oatmeal cranberry are the best along with the availibility of a loaner vehicle if or whenever needed!   Very Good Experience

  My wife and I met with Ryan McKinnon to test drive a used car. Long story short Ryan worked very hard to get us a really good deal. In the end we decided not to buy that car (Chevy) because it was not the best choice for our family needs. I would definitely consider buying a car from Thompson Lexus in the future.
