    I wanted to write a revew for this dealership since it seems like whenever a place gets reviewed it's only bad news!!!(dealerships, restaruants, anything!) Been to a few other places and wasn't even approached on the lot. David at Thompson came right out asked me specifically what was important to me, and led me to a nice car. Had white, but not the interior I wanted. But it's preowned, whatcha gonna do? my 3 series was immaculately detailed the day I took it. Plus I found out that they'll come right to your door with a loaner car. really convenient.

    What a great job by the folks over at Thompson BMW! I searched all over bucks county for a certified pre owned BMW 3 series and found the car of my dreams sitting right there on the lot! The staff was great and made me feel very welcome. From the time I arrived I was treated like a king, All my needs were met and they really went out of the way. I love my car, Love my deal, And love the guys over at Thompson BMW! Thanks Thompson BMW.....Your the BEST!

    BMW ego gets in the way.. again.

    It's been my experience that, consistently, BMW dealerships have an ego that rub most people the wrong way. It's a sort of arrogance only exceeded by Audi. If you don't think germain engineering is the end-all of anything mechanical they somehow know it and hold it against you even though you've only said 2 sentences. It's funny because Mercedes Benz, frequently across the street or down the road, has a consistently easy and engaging sales staff that always makes time for you and keeps the promises they make. In my experience with Thompson I asked the person who answered if I could speak to the used car sales manager - a universal sign you mean business. His reply was that he could help me. I continued without pointing out how disingenuous that is. Are you the sales manager or aren't you? After discussing what I was looking for he asked for the stock number. I read it aloud. He read it back but skipped a digit. I repeated it quickly (not rudely) for clarity and at the same time he asked my name. Since he got a stock number he asked impatiently for my name again. You could tell he had better things to do. He then got my callback number and said he'd check on it and get back to me in 10 minutes... never heard from again. Isolated incident? Like I said, it's a consistent attitude I see in the culture of all BMW dealerships. He's got better things to do and I have better places to shop.

    Horrible all around experience

    Thompson BMW had my car for three days just for a state inspection and oil service. They kept telling me they just hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. This was a scheduled appointment, there is no reason it should take three days for a one hour service! When I picked up my car, the wash was horrible, my tire pressures were NOT set, and my service indicator not reset. Really very sad work and the employees seem annoyed and rude when I asked if they even did the service that I paid for. NEVER GOING BACK!!

    I was trying to find the right car for my family, looked many places, most dealers don't want to waste their time when it comes to used cars, Thompson BMW made you feel like you were buying one of their best models even though it was used and a few years older. Their staff is very kind, would buy from again.
