  Sam was great I got a great truck at a great price and Phil was great helping me through the process. They fixed any problems I had with the truck. Will be back if I ever need another truck great experience.

  Bought It!

  I went on the internet and found the perfect vehicle! Received a call early the next day n set an appnt. to see the car as I live a couple of hours away. Got there to test drive n the salesman (Todd) told me there was crack in the windshield. Test drove it n was very pleased, car was clean n good running condition. Wanted to talk about price but was ran for credit approval. Once approved then the negotiations started. Finally did get it to where we needed to b. Bought it! Had to make arrangements for windshield replacement. Couple of days later had to have another repair done. Went to local shop n called the dealership with estimate. They didn't want to pay as much as shop wanted. The car couldn't b driven far. I was reminded(by Philip) that they were paying for the windshield to b replaced, as if they were doing me a favor. After sometime n alot of haggling the repair was done. Windshield was replaced. Everything seems to b fine. I appreciate them paying the repair bill but just wish it would have gone a little smoother!

  Your sales associates were friendly and professional. I was impressed with the way our sales associate handled our requests and questions. I was not at all satisfied with the time it took to fill out paperwork to finalize the purchase of our vehicle. I believe there is room for improvement in the way that process is handled.
