  2014 Explorer, Broke down in 10 DAYS !

  My daughter bought a vehicle a month ago, 2014 Explorer, it broke down after 10 days. I was told they would wave a repair fee but they didn't. God knows what else is wrong with this truck. I am afraid for my daughter and her kids to drive the thing.

  nice ride but not the best for servicing minor things like a bent jack or blown out spare. service will take a look but dont count on any courtesy repairs. staff was super friendly though and there is a huge selection of all kinds of nice rides. if you are credit challenged they can help and the car i got was very reliable.

  The Sharpest Rides is a fantastic dealership. They make sure you feel comfortable and at home the entire time. I personally felt like they had an enthusiasm and customer-oreintated service unmatched by any other dealer.   We have been looking for the right vehicle for a long time. We have visited Sharpest Rides several times. Spoke to many different sales people but didn’t find the right fit until me met Joe M. The knowledge, the professionalism, the caring he had, listening to what our needs where and the vehicle we original wanted. He gave us truthfulness and honesty. With his knowledge of vehicles we test drive and bought the first vehicle that had all we were looking for. Joe we are so happy with our Range Rover!! Thank you Lisa and Hiram

  Great Experience! Joe and Bill are amazing. Both were Very knowledgeable and did everything possible to make a great deal. I had some issues but the got me in the car that I wanted at an very affordable price. I would definitely recommend.

  We recently purchased a vehicle from The Sharpest Rides and it needed just a little cosmetic touch up...which the dealership was happy to do. Because of the holidays interfereing with scheduling, it took some time to complete and we had a few hiccups...but Brandon was great! He helped us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of long after the sale!

  STRONG CAUTION

  On 11/30/2019, I submitted a request to view a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox and immediately received an alert that this Dealership performed a credit history check (Unauthorized). Salesperson - Mario and Finance Manager Jesus said they had authorization from a possible 2015 credit application. This is unfair and unlawful. I have submitted a Better Business complaint and will submit a review to every site that will alert all consumers of their actions. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CAUTION BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THE SHARPEST RIDES DEALERSHIP.
