    Great experience buying our CX-5

    We had an awesome experience buying our CX-5. Jeff Williams was awesome. very knowledgeable on the different models we were looking at. Jeff took the time to really understand our preferences and needs for a new vehicle, and found us a perfect match. When it came time to discuss pricing, Jeff was really great and helped us out a lot on the price of the car and trade in. The dealership made this process very smooth. I expected much more back and forth, but we came to a deal very quickly. The dealership was very transparent too. Jeff went through all the numbers with us before we even went to finance. There were no nonsense fees being pushed. We dealt with Ryan Straz in finance. Ryan was very pushy and would not take no for an answer when we told him we didn't want to purchase an extended warranty. I had to tell him no many many many times before he would drop it. Once he did though, Ryan got the deal done quickly and professionally. I was pleased that he did not push any nonsense upgrades too. All in all, we had a great experience at this dealership and would buy from them again, and we'll be sending family/friends Jeff's way in the future should opportunity arise.

    Sell you a Rust bucket

    They sold me a rust bucket and was aware of what they sold me when I informed them they didn’t care. I have a full video with there mechanic who was aware of the vehicle

    Extremely disappointing service

    If you ever use the Autobarn Service center, you are most likely going to regret it. Once you leave you car there, you are on your own ... as well as your car. No one will call you to give you an update. Not even for 5 days. After 5 days, the customer service representative assigned to you will not no what is being done to your car and when it will be available. A total nightmare

    Worse than my experience back in 2012

    Back in 2012 purchased my first Mazda thru this dealership. A lot has changed. Didn’t like that there’s no customer parking and you have to pay for street parking to go to dealership. I was not allowed to park in front of dealership doors, even though I have Mazda. Process of buying isn’t easy go in and out, takes a lot of time, and for that not to have parking really sucks. Salesman wasn’t knowledgeable about new car on the lot CX-30. I had myself explain different options, because of my obsession and extensive research about this car. The also was a moment that trunk wouldn’t open and no one was able to figure out why... 4 people tried. They didn’t give me referral bonus, since I recommended them before to some of my friends who bought cars from here. So this overall makes more negative opinion than back in 2012. Walked out from dealership totally disappointed and went other place to buy a car.

    Nissan Key Fob Fixed

    Tomy in the service dept always takes care of me. Recently I noticed my extra key fob wasn't working from when I purchased the car 2 years ago. The crew checked it out and because of my warranty, I was able to get another key fob with no charge.

    I was very pleased with the service I received from Chris Frasco. As front line representative to the service department Chris is very welcoming, courteous and professional. When ever I come in to the shop I am glad to see Chris and he makes feel he is glad to see me. He makes sure I understand the work that is needed by my car and is attentive to any questions I may have. When I leave the dealers I am confident that my car is functioning properly.

    From the phone call to check on the availability to driving to Chicago from Michigan I had a hassle free experience. Monica Jucan assisted me throughout the whole process and I was very pleased her personal touch throughout the whole process - phone, text,test drive, car inspection, paper work. I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone wishing to purchase an automobile.

    I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for service for the first time. They were helpful and professional. I was supposed to leave it and pick up the next day, but they were so quick that I was able to pick up the same night. Thanks to a quick response from Simon Kim I was able to change plans and leave early for a trip the next day.

    I had multiple service visits for maintenance and always a sensor issued covered by warranty. I worked with Chris F. who has taken great care of me on every visit. Very easy to keep communication with him and he stayed transparent with me during the whole process. Working with Chris F. in service makes me want to keep doing business with Autobarn Nissan of Evanston.
