    NO SERVICE NO APOLOGY

    Made a firm appt for oil change in mid afternoon. They were not very busy. Told 1 hour wait, not even close to being true. Went for a 1 hour walk, came back, car not even started on. Service manager told me he'd find out what happened, he lied to me too. Never had the grace to even speak to me , explain, let alone apologise, some female rather snottily told me my car would be done in 45 mins. I demanded my key and car and left, pointing out I don't like being lied to. They could care less about customer service. They were pretty rude too. NEVER AGAIN.

    Were were discriminated against today due to ASSUMPTIONS made by sales management at this dealership. They through delay tactics at us and we were unable to view a new vehicle we asked about. We were basically “shown the door” and were lied to that they didn’t have a 2020 model that we wanted to look at. Their website showed that they had several. A competitive dealership had dozens of the model we were looking for. This is why people hate car shopping PLUS we were basically refused service based upon their “assumptions.” STAY AWAY

    I had an absolute terrible experience with this dealer. Prior to making the 3 hour drive to purchase a used vehicle they had in stock, I had spoke to a sales rep. who informed me (still have the voicemail to prove it) that we had a deal at a certain price for this particular vehicle. When i arrived, we were greeted and drove the vehicle - which was a great experience - while they examined our trade in vehicle (all included in the agreed upon deal). However, when we inspected the vehicle, we noticed quite a bit of surface damage (scratches) that was not disclosed to us at the time of the deal. I made note of it but was still willing to make the agreed upon deal. After going through the typical 3 man rotating team of sales associates and not getting to our agreed upon number, I proceeded to the "final" sales counter to straighten everything out without the run-around. It was here i was informed that they would not honor the deal the sales associate agreed to on the phone because they were too invested in the vehicle we wanted to purchase - despite the additional damage. So, we left and made the 3 hour drive back home - all with an 18 month old in the back seat - if you have kids, you know this isn't pleasant. The facilities were nice - but a dealer (or anyone in my opinion) needs to stick to what they say...regardless if that means they made a bad deal in the long run. We will never again return to this dealership regardless of what they promise us.

    Ginger was amazing. Came in for a quick oil change and she treated me with respect and literally rolled out the red carpet for me. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I highly suggest going to see her!

    Great experience, wasn't planning on car shopping, but an expensive repair changed my plans. Stopped at two other dealerships before visiting Terry Reid Hyundai and boy am I glad I did. I got a new Hyundai for a price less than another dealership tried to sell me a used Honda for. I am going to tell all my friends about Terry Reid Hyundai!

    First time I ever had a fun at a dealership! My sales person Andre was great and very help and well informed. The management staff was very attentive and hands on. After a brief wait the fiancé manager came out and went over all the forms and made sure I had no more questions. This is how car buying should be, Terry Reid got it right.
