    Dishonest manipulators. Go elsewhere.
by Bradley Johnson from Temecula, CA | June 17, 2020

$7880 advert for a 2016 Corolla LE got me to visit their lot. In negotiations, they showed me the price was $8330. Tried to get me to agree to some BS dealer add-ons $2800 and $10,700 out the door best offer. I walked away disgusted. Deceitful and manipulative: typical of immoral America today. Where is an honest salesman?

    Be aware of this dealership.
by randy from Temecula | October 18, 2019

Be aware of this dealership. They have one price listed online to attract the customers, but the final price will be an outrageous amount and they have no explanation on why that amount is being charged. They keep telling me it is for the extra stuff added on the car and have no explanation when I asked them to break down the accessories added. Also, they kept a condition they can only sell the car to me if I do in-house financing with them on twice the amount of interest rate I was getting from other financial centers. I BELIEVE IT IS A FRAUD AND NEVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Plus, they are very rude as well.

    Was sold a wrecked vehicle
by Edwin from Temecula | October 11, 2019

***WARNING WARNING***About the worst Dealer ever. They run a shady business they sell vehicles that have been wrecked. Unfortunately I’m a customer who got stuck with a vehicle that was wrecked and they “inspected” and put back out to sell to innocent people. So i advise people not to buy any vehicles from this crummy dealer.

    Great service yesterday!
by Julia Greene Thomas from Temecula | May 30, 2019

Tim was rep. We handled everything by text. My choice to do so. My car had a rattle. It was a loose screw on the heat shield. Fixed at no cost. So, I did other work I would have not been able to afford if the fix was costly.

    Ran My Credit Without Permission
by Danny from Temecula, California | May 05, 2019

I went in with an approval from my credit union and this was understood upfront. The sleezy sales management team ran my credit without authorization unnecessarily. This is illegal as we asked them not to do this as we were already approved by our CU. It is a shame that people of color are at times regarded as ignorant and taken advantage of. Unfortunately, we ended up not purchasing due to being asked for check stubs, personal info, etc when we told them that we’d already obtained outside approval. How illegal and unprofessional. Danny and Brett need to be retrained on the processes which should also include sensitivity training as well.

Mu grand daughter saw it and brought it to my attention. I will never take my car a 2016 versa to this dam place again. Out of 5 stars i give them 0.

Fraudulent CarFax! Stay away from Temecula Nissan
by Matt Raines from San Clemente | December 17, 2018

THIS COMPANY COMMITTED FRAUD! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! THEY SHOULD HAVE A -10 STARS! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FOR MISLEADING CONSUMERS, FALSIFYING DOCUMNTS, ADVERTISING FRAUD & FINANCE FRAUD. I bought a CPO Certified Used Nissan Titan 4x4 from them on 11/18/2018 w/ a "CLEAN CARFAX REPORT" saying there were no accidents. I was also told that the did a 172 point check on the vehicle to ensure that it was in like new condition. Also, the sales representative Alana Eddy and her sales manager told me that the vehicle had 20k miles from being a lot rental car that they gave out to clients that had cars being serviced it was never sold to anyone, HAD NEVER BEEN HIT OR IN AN ACCIDENT. LIES! That being said, I noticed after a few days in the sunlight that the vehicle had a different shade on the bed of the truck than the cab. I took a closer look and there was primer all along the inside of bed between the cab and ripples of near paint and small dents all through the right side of the bed and the cab. It also included after a long scratch thst just appeared on the bed after it rained where the paint came off and there were different patches of white paint and rust inside the scratch were dictated. Also noticed white paint over spray on the bed liner, bumper and trim. I then noticed dents in the bumper as well, which would indicate a completely different accident. So, I called Temecula Nissan to discuss this and they said bring it in so the could look at it. Before I did that, I took it to a 5 star auto body shop who confirmed that it had been hit multiple times and that the body and paint work that was done was very unprofessional. So then I took my vehicle to Nissan, they gave me the run around and then the service manager (Jeremy) finally took a look at it and started laughing like it was a joke. He said it was obvious that it had been hit and body work had been done to it, but he would need 4 days to look up the records on it and he would get back to me. That never happened! So I called again, asked for a manager, got the runaround, finally talked to a "supposed" manager. He told me to bring it in again. I told him I have already done that. He said to come down and they will fill my tank with gas. So I went there last Thursday and talked with a sales manager, then the general manager Mark Andary. I told him I wanted a vehicle that did have accidents as what I was told I was buying. He said they cannot do that, but he would fix my truck to like new and give me $2000 in cash for the depreciation value, but he would have to check with the owner of the dealership David Pedder of Pedder Auto Group and get back to me on Monday. I told him that I wanted the vehicle I was promised, which was a vehicle that was never hit, scratched or in accident. Never heard back from him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!

Beware of fees, false advertising, and deception!
by MWheelock from Wildomar, CA | November 24, 2018

Yesterday I bought a little used Nissan Versa from Temecula Nissan and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. After waiting around over 45 minutes for them to "cut a new key" (they were probably installing the security system... read on) I was taken into the finance office to fill out all the paperwork. When looking over the line items for the options I see this $995 option for an alarm system. I say "what is that!? I don't want that." ... "Well sir it's already installed on the car and we can't take it off. And the bank won't finance you without it, so you have to take it." I also asked why, if the security system was pre-installed, that it wasn't included in the listed price of the car and was instead an add-on. They said California State law wouldn't let them advertise that it was, that it was previously installed, and blah blah blah. I should have walked away right there, but honestly I need a car and was sick of not having one and was invested in the process at that point. They oh so graciously took a whopping $200 off the price of the security system and we went forward. Now for the positives (because I feel that every review should be balanced, right?) The salespeople I dealt with were cordial. Ameer, in particular, seems like a great guy and it was a pleasure working with him. He either had no idea of the crap they were about to pull or he is a spectacular liar (salesman?). The Finance woman, Kayla, *seemed* similarly nice, although she was most certainly in on it as the add-ons are her department. Bottom line, in the light of the next morning, I feel taken advantage of. I'm happy to finally have a car again, but I'm sorry I didn't take my time with things and let a shady practice get the better of me. I'm going to be calling a lawyer just in case I have a recourse to get my $800 back. I probably don't though. Don't buy from this dealership, whatever you do, unless you want a new Nissan and they're the only Nissan dealer for 200 miles.
