    Ahmad Spall was very easy to work with. He didnt waste my time. That alone was worth it. I was very nervous about being taken advantage and he just told me that all will be fine. The truck was dirty, they cleaned it. The truck needed a bedliner, they did it. The truck had a small scratch, they fixed it. They dont play around. You come in, they get you what you want and get you out. The finance guy wanted to upsell me, but that was expected. He didnt take too much time in doing so. All in all it was a very good buying experience. Go to Ahmad. He will hook you up.

    My family have bought 13 vehicles from Ted Britt Ford. All have been great vehicles and have few problems. Moses did a excellent job negotiating my trade in value and the price of the vehicle we purchased. This is our 4th explorer so we knew the model we wanted and just had to find one that met our extensive requirements. Only wish we could have gotten a 2021 model, but understand that things being what they are at present there are none available yet.

    Disgusting. Misled and verbally assaulted.

    If I could give my experience with this dealership a 0, that would be too high. It was such a disgusting experience. It deserves a negative score for the mistreatment and verbal attack we were subjected to by the sales manager. Never in my life have I been verbally attacked, yelled at, insulted, demeaned, and called misogynistic names by a car dealership in my life when simply trying to make a deal and buy a new truck. I mean the guy had to feel like a fool after it all, since we never even raised our voices! After hours of having our trade in assessed, and trying to work out a deal, the creative accounting and “miscommunications” at the end led us to feel misled about the price of the new truck with our trade in, and when we simply asked how the number on the total loan amount had jumped so high, instead of an explanation, or trying to work it out with us, the sales manager, Bill, went on the complete attack and was so defensive it was downright insane. Started verbally assaulting us. It was so unbelievable we didn’t even know how to react! When the general manager walked over, he meekly apologized as the verbal assault continued! When I called out the sales manager on his treatment of us and how disrespectful and downright unacceptable the way he was speaking to us was, he seemed to realize he looked like a fool and said “I shouldn’t have done that”. Phrases used among other were “it’s simple math” and “you obviously have never bought a new car before”. I was called “dear” multiple times in a very unwelcome tone. I honestly wish I had recorded the experience. I will never give Ted Britt my money if this is how they think it’s acceptable to treat prospective customers. Regardless of the “miscommunications” or “misunderstandings” of the deal, you do NOT verbally assault and repeatedly insult your customers. Disgusting.

    Alison was the absolute best. I called her and asked her to conduct a test drive of a new explorer. When we arrived, she had the keys waiting for me and the car was ready to go. While conducting negotiations, she was extremely fair. Also, when discussing financing options, she found a better offer for us than we were aware of. She is customer focused and truly cares you get the best deal and the vehicle you want. We went to koons ford the previous night and they were absolutely terrible. Strongly recommend you go here and ask for Alison.

    In searching for the specific car I wanted at a good price, I had reached out to every dealership in the greater NoVa area, as well as a few from out-of-state. Armin L at Ted Britt Ford was incredibly quick to get back to me whenever I corresponded, and was the only dealer I interacted with who was able to give me detailed answers to every specific question I asked. In the end, he was able to get me an outstanding deal on new car! The finance department was also easy to work with, and worked with me to secure a competitive rate despite several unforseen issues. We had been able to work out pretty much everything either through email or over the phone prior to me heading to the dealership (minimizing exposure time due to the COVID-19 situation), so the day of closing the deal was very easy. All in all, my Ted Britt experience has been outstanding so far and I look forward to working with them in the future!
