    I came in for a regular service, Diana was excellent. She was nice and ensured I was getting the timely service that I needed for my car. I received my car washed and vacuumed. Overall very happy with this experience.

    We had scheduled routine service appointment which when we set it up we included the request to have a broken visor bracket replaced. We had the appointment, but they had not ordered the visor bracket as requested so they needed to scheduled another appointment to replace bracket. They said it would take another appointment, but it would be a quick in and out. I came back for the second scheduled appointment, but the quick appointment to replace visor bracket took an hour and a half. The desk staff are always so nice, friendly, polite and I understand they have no control over service time. I do appreciate the great work by the service department too, but when scheduled and requested a month in advance, to have to come back to have it done was frustrating. To take 1 1/2 hours for a 5 minute job is just not good when we were told it would be in and out.

    I had my Cadillac in for simple repair as scheduled to replace a broken bracket for the passenger side window shade. I had the car serviced about 1 month prior and had requested this be done at that time, but the bracket had not be purchased as requested so it was not done. Required to return to be replaced and told it would take 10 minutes when I returned. I came back as scheduled and everyone was very nice, but the 10 min. repair took about 1 1/2 hour due to how busy they were. This is disappointing as it effects the whole days schedule. They are always very nice at the front desk though and they have no control over it.

    I had a really good experience from the first day I walked in to the dealer. Ramon assisted me and was very helpful very professional but most importantly to me he wasn't your typical sales person (pushy or forcing a sale on me) he convinced me to take a look at a vehicle that he thought would make for a good deal for me based on what i told him i was looking for. after that he gave me his colleagues name and contact info so that i had 2 people to get in contact with should the other not be able, her name was Shanye . this was unheard to me (in the car world), 2 sales people teaming up to make the sale. Ramon was off that weekend so I dealt with Shanye all weekend which was also amazing and very responsive via text this is so helpful with all the questions I had. and it also worked with my busy schedule that weekend. overall the whole process was great, they were very helpful and now im part of the Cadillac family.

    I did not buy my car at Symes, but have serviced it here since it's the closest dealership to my home. Roll Lee has been my customer service point of contact and she's fantastic. She called and emailed me to keep me abreast of what was happening to my Escalade. The waiting area is very clean and always stocked with over standard refreshments. I love the coffee machine and bagels. The driver who initially took me home was very friendly. Roll even took the initiative to ask me if I would like to get a quote for a new car to compare to the cost of the repairs. John in sales reached out to me immediately and responded to my questions promptly. My overall experience with Symes team was nothing less than stellar. Thanks Roll and Symes for a great experience. I'll be back.
