  Awesome VW Experience

  I visited Heritage VW in May as I was browsing for cars in anticipation of my move back home to Georgia from several years overseas. Jeanette showed me a Passat TDI, which I immediately fell in love with. She was knowledgeable about the car, and a lovely person to speak with, but the thing I was most impressed with was her passion for her product. In the past when I have looked at cars or SUVs, eventually I would find some topic where the salesperson started hemming and hawing because they were uncomfortable with the car's record in that area. Not with Jeanette. Everything was completely up front from start to finish. No hidden surprises during the buying process (which took place almost 2 months later after my move); no pressure sales, just great hospitality, a fantastic product, a great dealership staff, and a salesperson filled with integrity and pride in her product. I am so happy I chose Heritage, and I have been really impressed with Jeanette's attentiveness to me after the sale. Love the Passat TDI. Heritage VW was great, and Jeanette Lenox was awesome.   Received a call from Jeanette in mid June that my car was in and ready. She has worked with me through the entire process of picking out, ordering and getting my new Volkswagen Passat TDi with the premium package. Every step with her was smooth and was pleased with the whole experience. The car is exactly what we spoke about and has exceeded my expectations on all counts. I highly recommend anyone looking into the purchase of a Volkswagen, spend the time to get to Jeannette at Heritage Volkswagen in Lithia Springs. She is super knowledgable on her products and will have you feeling great about such a major purchase. Side note for the Passat TDi, I'm averaging around 47 MPG.

  I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Jeanette Lenox. Her experience and helpfulness and the willingness to go above and beyond is amazing!!!. I have purchased 2 VW's from her in the past and have always had a good rapport with Jeannette. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.. She is a outstanding representative of the Brand and the Dealership she graces with her work and Dedication. KUDOS!!!

  My sales professional was Jeanette Lenox, and I truly believe she was destined to sell me a VW. I first contacted Jeanette in November, 2009. At that time, the CC just came out and we shared some ideas on the car. I did not purchase at that time, but I saved the emails that went back and forth between us. One week ago, I regretfully stopped by another local VW dealership. I test drove a GTI, and immediately felt pressured into purchasing the car. I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth, and immediately reached out to Jeanette. She was just as relaxed and helpful as I remembered her to be in 2009. I told her my wants, and she went to work looking for the car. She located the car, drove it from the "sister" dealership to her dealership. Jeanette noticed a few items that needed to be addressed (I purchased a 2009 CC Lux), service corrected those small issues, and that was all she wrote. I would categorize Jeanette as a car consultant, more so than just a car salesman. Her demeanor and professionalism made this car buying experience enjoyable!!

  My buying experience was totally unexpected as I have terrible credit coming off a bad divorce. I am totally pleased by the entire process, from the greeting that I received as I walked in the dealership to the good-bye's as I drove off in my new car. The finance process was the easiest as the decision was either yes or no. They said yes and the search was on for my dream Jetta TDi.
