  This has been the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Henry Corley, our salesman, made it so easy for us. We were unable to be present for my son’s auto selection so Henry took extra care in communicating with us long distance. Once the car was selected we were able to make the purchase without being present and my son drove his new car back to school. Thanks to Henry Corley and his team at Susan Schein Autimotive for making this car purchase a pleasant experience!

  Recently, I was interested in purchasing a late model used car. My son James and I went to Susan Schein Chevrolet in Pelham, Alabama. I was a bit skeptical at first about buying a car because it had been years since my last purchase. The salesman we met was Corey Farnetti. Corey was so friendly and helpful that we had no problem in settling on a great deal. My son and I were impressed with the whole experience at Susan Schein. We got the vehicle we wanted and made a good friend in Corey. I recommend Corey and the wonderful people at Susan Schein for a great car buying experience.

  Susan Schein has been a great place for my fiancé and I to purchase our first car because the the people working there were all so helpful and kind. They had an abundance of cars to choose from. The finance manager, Greg, was so helpful and I could not have made this purchase without him. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a great car and receive amazing service.

  I dropped my Malibu off at Susan Schein 7:30 am to have the low beam light fixed because it wasn't coming on. I didn't get my car until 5 pm when I got off. I paid $152.40.I started it up and got out and notice that my passenger low beam head light still wasn't fixed. So obviously they didn't check to see if the light worked. You shouldn't have to pay for something until you check to see if it's working. I will never take my car back to Susan Schein to have anything fixed nor to get a oil change.

  Great Car Buying Experience!

  My wife and I had a great experience buying our 2014 Chev Cruze. Henry Corley helped us by having the car out of the rain for us to look at. We test drove and liked the car very much. The financing was easy and the interest rate even better than we had arranged with our bank. Two days later, we drove the car to Mobile and back. A very enjoyable ride! This is the newest, lowest mileage car we have ever purchased in 44 years of marriage! I highly recommend Susan Schein and Henry Corley! Randal Mims
