    I messaged them on a Friday evening and test drove my Acura RDX Saturday morning. Aric Curtice was awesome with communication and the whole testing and buying process. It needs some maintenance done and plan to go in as Aric just said stop by when I have a chance. I anticipate a great experience as well with that tgus week.

    I just purchased a used 2016 Honda CR-V. When we bought it I noticed something wrong with the molding. Jason wrote it up for me to bring it back. While it was at home I noticed a noticed another problem. When I brought it back to get the molding fixed I explained to Jason what I found. It was something to see Jason assemble the whole Honda teem to not only look into the problem but make suggestions on how to ta1ke care of the problem. When I picked up my CR-V I was more then pleased with the results. Looks like I will be using Superior Honda for all my service needs. A big thank you to the Honda team and Jason.

    A very prompt follow up was done after a road debris accident. Staff was very helpful. The follow up was thorough and found no damage to the CRV. Superior did not charge for the service. This made a happier ending to a not pleasant event. 5 stars from us! Bode Manzitto was our service advisor.

    I hit a city crater @ 5:45 am today, putting a hole in my tire. 2 blocks away was Superior Honda.I limped the car over and there was a wonderful lady that was kind enough to help me BEFORE 6:00 AM! She tried to air it up- but the hole was to big. Not giving up, she sought out a Technician that came to our rescue. He took the car inside and put the spare on for me. 15 minutes later she brought the car around and said I was good to go. When I asked for a bill , she said no charge What a way to start my day!! My only regret is not getting their names. Awesome customer service ! THANK YOU - THANK THEM. Ron Schmidt Honda Accord owner purchased @ your dealership in 2010.

    Terrible service dept. They take forever to answer their service phone line. Poor attitudes noticed throughout the facility. Go somewhere else, won't be any worse and will probably be better.

    No. Just no. Don't go here ever. Don't buy the wax. Their service department is awful. Overcharge. Slow. I waited forever to get a simple service done. Go ANYWHERE else

    Nice folks. When I called for the first time to have my car serviced, a kid answered and was rude about the fact that I didn't need to call to set an appointment. Other than that everyone has been really easy to get along with. And they do a good job keeping my car healthy.
