I WANTED THE MANUFACTURERS LEASE PROTECTION WARRANTY AND ONLY WHEN I HAD TO USE IT DID I DISCOVER THEY PUT ME IN A LOW GRADE AFTER-MARKET PLAN THAT THEY OBVIOUSLY MAKE MORE MONEY ON. by 2018 yukon from Dearborn, MI | November 28, 2018It was aperant that Abe was a pretty green salesman. Hi told us that our vehicle has a feature which it does not. I tried contacting him and he avoided our calls. I tried calling Dan and he avoided our calls. It wasn’t until I left a voicemail saying that I was going to come in that Dan called me back. He told me he’d look into everything and call me back Monday (this conversation was on a Saturday). A week and a half went by with no return call. I’m beyond frustrated with this dealership. I feel that they completely lack professionalism or value client relationships.

It was March 33rd as they call it and they SCAMMED AND SABOTAGED me on a 2009 Impala that had been a rental since they got car. The company put new brake pads on bad rotors and said I have to come to them to get my car service. Got car on April 2 needed rotors and brake pads April 12th. Dan A. is the worst sales person it looked like he was sleep the whole time. Didn't show us the carfax, but he said,"you signed a carfax". The carfax was last printed on March 27. This car was a rental, no one never owned this car. We told Dan we don't want no rental cars because people don't treat rental car right and Dan said, you right".The sales manager fell out the chair turned red and told the customer I'm dying trying to sale you a car. The contract for the warranty has the wrong date and they won't correct it! If the car was a rental for the whole time they should have reduce the price like the other rental place do. I would never buy GM again. I only did because my father retired from there and I made parts for GM.

I had talked to many dealerships, and none of them could compete with Superior! I had the pleasure of working with Derica and Gabriel and they took care of everything! They were so very professional and kind.Right now my life is very busy and it's hard to make time for just about anything! That's where these guys stepped in, my lease was up and I needed a new car so I gave them a call..I never even stepped foot in the dealership ! We did everything over the phone, and email. Process was easy, fast and smooth. I told them what I wanted, gave them my budget and they made it happen. They certainly work very hard for their customers and it's clear that they take pride in their work! They even delivered my new car to my place of work, I signed all the paper work right there. In my new car in less than 10 days! I will definitely keep coming back to this dealership for years to come, and will continue to recommend them to everyone!

by James Boyer from Detroit, MI | January 05, 2018The dealers web site listed the car I bought for 36,000 dollars, but I was informed that the cost would be 3,000 more because the discounts listed could not be used together, even though the web site stated a "final" price of 36,000. They explained that this was an error and that the web sight was managed by GM. That didn't make sense to me, but I bought the car anyway because I loved my last Buick, and I love the new one even more, even though they delivered it to me with the driver side door locks not working properly. They fixed it without any hassle a couple of days later. I would also add that my sales person, Tony Jaber was very good. I liked his calm demeanor and he was straight forward and honest in our interactions. I would definitely recommend Tony to other prospective buyers.
