    The prices quoted on the site are inflated by as much as 1500. It is only when you view the sticker price do you realize this. Checked other dealership sites and the two prices are the same. Shame on Suntrup.... buyer beware!

    Awful all the way around. When they talk about sleezy car salesmen, this is THE place. I walked in, seeing what my trade was worth. I've been trying to build my credit, told the salesman that, that I wasnt expecting much. Asked multiple times to talk to finance guy throughout the 9 hours i spent there. Each time the sales guy said oh he'll be out in a bit. I kept asking, hey what's my interest rate, what would the payment be. He kept saying oh hes almost done. He assured me everything was good, that I could move my stuff. I did so, after that it ended up my interest rate was high, now I was coming up with money out of pocket, and what he said the sticker price was-he was charging me $1000 more.With all my belongings in the new car, I broke down crying. I felt frustrated and taken advantage of, with both of my daughters sitting there. The salesman assured me that if i came in with the rest of my paperwork i wouldnt have to come up with the down payment. Fast forward now 2 weeks LATER after the finance guy took another week and a half to tell me the deal would not be reworked, i told him after speaking with a lawyer that i was done with their deceiving and fraudulent sale. This was the first time I have gone on my own to get a car. Easy target I guess. Now I told them I want my car back and they can take this one back. Up through the very end it takes them HOURS to respond, and its through text. But man oh man when they wanted that sale they would respond instantly. These people are a bunch of liars and crooks. Dont buy from here. Go some where, where they are about people. I would name names, but knowing they have kids themselves I wouldn't put someone out, like they did to me.

    Stay clear of Suntrup Hyundai!

    Ever since I purchased my 2014 Santa Fe at this location I continually refereed sales and service to Suntrup Hyundai in south county. I know I always paid a little more for oil changes and some basic maintenance but I always felt good about the people I was dealing with and they always had a smile on their face. I trusted what they recommended and was very happy. I later realized that I put way too much trust in these folks over at Suntrup, especially those in their service department. When it came to needing service they were quick to blame and not honor their 100,000 mile warranty they pride themselves on. All I can say is be careful and mindful of what they tell you. I recommend getting a second opinion before you purchase or service anything at Suntrup. I was once fooled in believing that I could not find a better place to deal with. I will personally be calling all of my friends and family that I recommended Suntrup Hyundai to and personally apologizing.

    The service department advisors are always helpful and friendly. My experiences have been positive and I feel confident in their recommendations for service. It is a vote of confidence to see and deal with the guys who have been there for a long time, like Tony and Tim, and they seem to care about customers concerns.

    Your service department SUCKS! Just plain BAD

    Service department is beyond the word "Poor". Service department could not address questions regarding tires. Your oil change service SUCKS...nothing expressed about your oil change service. Would never come back if it wasn't for the warranty on the car.

    Buying a 2017 Hyundai Elantra

    I walked into the dealership after a prior email appt with the salesperson, Frank Roach. He gave me several options to fit my budget after asking me about my preferences. My mind was set on the Elantra because I had such a good experience with a 2010 Elantra for the last seven years. The only reason I wanted a new car was to enjoy the safety features on the 2017 models. In the end I had to switch from a manual to automatic transmission but so far I am pleased with the choice. Frank was very helpful; he and Fred, the finance guy, stayed way past the normal hours to help finish the deal. Frank helped me clean out my old car; the junk in that one has been building for the last 6 years!

    We recently bought a new Santa Fe Sport. We went in just looking and not wanting to buy and planned on visiting several other car dealers. Mark Durham introduced himself and ask if we had any questions about the SUV. After a test drive and no pressure to buy, we bought that SUV. I will definitly recommend Suntrup Hyundai and to be sure to ask for Mark.
