    Craig is easy to talk with. He did not pressure us in any way. VERY knowledgeable about the car we bought. He showed us how to use much of the new technology. Landon in finance was also knowledgeable about the different warranty plans. No pressure.

    The Service provided to me was at a whole different level then anywhere else I have ever been. My service advisor was simply amazing. She took the time to completely understand my concerns with the vehicle which I believe was critical in making sure it was fixed right the first time. She was friendly, helpful and honest which made the whole experience enjoyable. Her communication with me about my vehicle was on point updating me twice a day and the vehicle was washed and vacuumed (Nice surprise) waiting for me just as she had promised. Her knowledge of the work performed as we went over my bill together and reviewed my multi point inspection, you would think she had done the work herself. It’s employees like these that separate an average business from the great ones! I will be telling everyone I know to go to Sunset Ford and see Desiree Conlon in service. Thank you.

    Bad customer service

    Customer service needs a significant improvement. The facilities were not catered with customer service in mind. Although I was there for the service department I attempted to look at some cars while I was waiting but I couldn't because every single vehicle was locked and it was only 12pm in the afternoon. I can only imagine how it would have been to try and look at some if I was there to buy waiting for each car I was interested in being unlocked. Who knows, I or someone else may buy while in service if they are able to browse.

    Want to thank Desiree at the service department for taking care of our service fleet. Communication has been excellent to what the issues are and when they can be repaired. When we have vehicles down we need know when they can be back on the road so we can serve our customers better. This has not been our experience at other dealerships. Thanks.

    Coming to this Dealership was almost like watching a David Copperfield Show where you seen it looked real but actually wasn't. This Dealership's integrity needs alot of rework the things you should normally get when purchasing an automobile are left for you to beg and plead to get. Never again would I come to or refer this Dealership again..

    Was told I was getting heated mirrors. When I asked where it was on spec sheet, sales said it was standard on 2019. Tales wit sales rep, he thought heated mirrors were standard on Escape se. He offered to undo deal, after checking whether heated mirrors could be added. Assist manager got involved and told me I had signed the contract, and there was nothing I could do.Asked for Jim, the GM. He was nicer and went back to parts and found out heated mirrors could not be added. Offered me a tank of gas for the problem.

    Useless

    Was interested I a vehicle they posted on here, and since I live two hours away I figured I would reach out to them to find out some more information on it. Sent an email, and when I didn't hear back I called. When I finally got a hold of someone they couldn't answer any of my questions. A few day later I received an email saying how great they are and that they were glad that they answered all of my questions. Complete waste of time and I will never look at this dealership for anything.

    I JUST HAD THE OIL CHANGED IN MY CAR. STEVE IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID A GREAT JOB THROUGH MY VISIT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE COST. THIS IS NOW MY GO TO PLACE TO HAVE THE OIL CHANGED IN MY VEHICLES

    The absolute worst

    I have never had a worse car buying experience. I found a truck that i wanted online so i stopped in to check it out. We walked into the store and around the lot looking for someone the help us find the truck i came in to see and no one even tried to help me until i went to the front desk and asked if there is anyone available. Dillon was my salesperson and was so terrible. Not only was he not helpful in any way, when he took me and my wife on a test drive he nearly spun the truck out and wrecked because he has no idea how to drive in the rain. Also he talked to me like a child about credit score even though i told him i am very aware of what my credit score is because i just had it checked at the bank for pre approval. He tries to tell me that my score is lower than what the bank told me. I try to look past all of these things because they did have a truck that i really wanted. I bought the truck and added window tint that there were going to install at a later time. I brought my truck to get the tint done in at 730 AM and it was not ready until 500 pm that night " unacceptable for two windows". Then the tint that they did was a xxxx job and i have to go get it redone because it has been 3 weeks and there is dime sized bubbles all over it. Then come to find out the back tint that was on the truck before i got it is also peeling off. this is a 2017 f150 btw. I asked if they can fix the back tint while they are at it because i just spent 50k on a truck and did not know that was damaged and they refused to fix it unless i pay them more money. Absolutely disgusting!!! i will never buy another ford from Sunset ford in Sumner ever again.

    Got oil changes for life plus extended warranty. Have used both and have not paid a dime when I bring the car in and they make it easy.
