    I was disappointed with the Covid-19 protocols. Very little posted regarding social distancing. I had to ask customers to keep their distance. Employees checking in vehicles did not always place plastic covers on steering wheels or seats when moving vehicles. Many employees had masks pulled down under nose or chin. Two employees came into the building without masks and socialized with other employees without distancing. A salesman was talking with an older couple in the service area with his mask under his chin with less than 2-3 feet distance. No sanitizing of vehicle once returned to customers. Debatable whether I would recommend this dealer at this time.

    I took my vehicle in on a Wednesday for service due to a popping noise coming from the front suspension. My vehicle is a 2019 with only 11,500 miles. I didn?t get approved for a rental until Friday due to the front axel needing to be replace, and Saturday afternoon I get a text advising that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After I pick up my vehicle, I drive it home and park it. A few hours later, the SAME DAY I JUST PICKED IT UP, I leave to go pick up my daughter and sure enough I hear the same noise coming from the front end. The next day my husband drives the car and he pulls in and out of the driveway 4 times and the same noise. When I call on Monday, two days after picking up my car, I can not get an appointment to bring it back in for almost two weeks...In the meantime my axel can break at anytime. Apparently the service doesn?t know what they are doing or they just have no concern when you purchase a $40k car.
