    I have purchased 2 cars from Tom. My cousin called me up asking for help shopping for a Corolla. I told her not to worry, I've got a guy. I called Tom up, told him what she wanted, and we handled pretty much everything over the phone. It was quick and painless. I'll keep going to him for all my Toyotas.

    I have bought 4 Camrys from 4 different dealerships. This is my first lease. After the Auto Show I knew I had to have a RAV4. Patrick worked with us to get me in the vehicle I wanted. He explained every feature of this vehicle and I left feeling like I made an excellent choice in this lease. I would recommend Sunnyside Toyota to my family and friends. And since I don't know any of the other sales staff, I would have to say "See Patrick".

    Jon & I chose Sunnyside Toyota for a couple of reasons- the location and our choice in staff to work with! Before even going to the dealership we chose to work with a sales person based on her bio and connection with the Costco Program. Upon arriving we felt that we had found a dealership that understood that we are people who want to feel important when we walk in the door specifically because Alicia did just that! She recognized each of our wants and needs, our personalities and our overall goals in buying our next vehicle- she listened and knew her product and the services offered by Sunnyside in all areas!     The Best Dealership We've Been To

    My husband and I have been to numerous dealerships over the course of our lives and our experience at Sunnyside has been the best by far. We were in the market for a gently used car and stopped at Sunnyside Toyota this past weekend to take a look at their inventory. The customer service we received from our salesperson, Ariel, and her manager, Bob, was excellent. They were so helpful without being pushy. They gave us the freedom to check out the cars, ask questions as they came up, and ultimately make the best decision we could for our family. I would, without hesitation, go back to Sunnyside for my future car buying needs along with recommend them to friends and family.

    Great Dealership

    My wife and I just purchased our eighth Toyota from Sunnyside. It is the easiest dealership to work with - very efficient; prepared; instructional; complete and friendly. From start to finish, the process was extremely smooth and handled so well - unlike dealers we had worked with years ago. Our first car was purchased around 2001 or so and we have never stopped going back. At one point there were four Sunnyside Toyota's in our driveway. The entire staff is helpful and makes sure the visitor gets to the correct person for the intended visit purpose. Top notch organization.

    Always a Great Experience!

    I have just had my 5,000 mile service done on my new Tundra Limited and as usual it was a very pleasant experience. This is the third Tundra that I have purchased from Sunnyside in the last 11 years. I drive my Tundra about 35,000 miles a year on average and my Tundra has never let me down. Over the years, my experiences with the sales, service and management people at Sunnyside have been outstanding. When I need a new vehicle, they have been very fair with the pricing and equally important, the service team does an outstanding job in taking care of our vehicles (my wife drives a Camry). One thing that stands out with Sunnyside to me is how they have handled the rare challenge that inevitably arises. Every car dealership is a "good guy" when things are going well, but it is when there is a challenge that truly tells the story of what a company is all about. On the rare occasion when we had a challenge, the people at Sunnyside stepped up and made sure that we were well taken care of. In one instance regarding a competitive vehicle (that we traded in) they went well beyond what was fair and reasonable. When you can build a relationship based on mutual trust and respect in the automotive industry, stay with it! That is exactly what we plan on doing with the wonderful people at Sunnyside Toyota!

    100,000 mile service call came out with new car

    We brought in our 2009 Camry for a 100,000 mile service call. A few days before we received a call from Sunnyside North Olsted to take a test ride in a new car during our wait. So we did. Ron Swetland took us out to drive a 2017 Camry. It was a very smooth ride and had many updated features. When we returned Ron took time to fill us in on various incentives and trade-in possibilities for purchasing a new car. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and non- pressuring about a purchase. We did purchase a 2017 Camry and traded in our 2009. We would definitely come back to Ron on any future car purchases.
