    I went into this dealership looking to drive and potentially buy a specific car. First red flag, salesman has to ride along for the test drive. Fine, this is old school and they think I need a nanny. I drive car. I like car. We get back. I tell salesman what my budget is and I tell him this car is at high end of my budget. They make a lowball offer on my trade in. I tell he salesman I think my car is worth at least what I owe, and that I’m hoping to pay something closer to my budget for the car. I decide to walk away and think about things. I had to ask for my keys twice. I haven’t been rude or said anything disrespectful or that they want way too much money for the car. I’m just being honest about my thoughts about what I want to spend and that my trade in is worth more. While waiting to get my key, sales manager comes up with the KBB print outs for my car and their car and gruffly says this: “explain to my why I should pay you more for your car and accept less for this car than KBB say they are worth”? Remember, I’ve already asked for my key and been waiting. This guy comes up and starts waving KBB in my face like the Ten Commandments. I respond, “so this is how it is, I don’t do business like this and KBB isn’t a bible” He says something stupid that I don’t remember in detail, but along the lines of “you need to explain this to me”. At that moment the salesman walks up with my key. I take it, say “we’re done here” and leave. You want my business, ten need to treat me with respect. I was respectful, but you weren’t respectful, let alone professional. I was negotiating fairly with the salesman and explaining to him my budget, not that I thought the car wasn’t worth near what they were asking. KBB isn’t some golden rule. I remember when you used mentioned KBB and they would laugh at you. I don’t appreciate the hardcore bullying tactics. I’m sure there are plenty of people who can be bullied and intimidated, so you can keep those customers.

    the care will not starting

    i took my car it.s not starting with me they sad from the battery ,i went & changed the battery in a same hour than i went shopping ,& i cud not open my car from my controller or my trunk will not open from the inside button ,i called a next day ,they sad they will charge me nother 50.00 dollars to bring it there ,,i never had problem with it ..it's not fair

    It was a good experience. I think my experience changed my opinion on buying from dealers. As we talked before buying the car, I could tell them this would be a fair trade and I felt like I can trust them, and i was right ¿ I really like my car and it’s what they said it was.     I am very happy to work with Your salesman Ron Swetland and Manager Jason Podojil, they both communicate with me regularly when it comes close to me turning in my leased vehicle and keeps me informed when a good deal comes available.     This is just another dealer trying to sell cars everybody walks and is just a number the review for this dealer is from my experience I believe if you call or email I bought a vehicle any ask for prices should get a price. And if I recommend anybody to go to them is just if they have a car you like or u want I get.Nothing is special.

    My salesman was Sean Barnett and overall I could not be happier having bought my car from their. He was very knowledgeable on the car and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with this being my first car that will be under my name. I was his first sale as well so that was a fun experience for both of us. Even with this being his first sale he walked us through like he had been doing it forever I was happy to have gotten a new car with such a great and knowledgeable salesman.

    Best New Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had

    I have been shopping for a new car at many different dealerships for the past several months (Including Mazda, Honda, Jeep, Lincoln... just to name a few). I have, in my lifetime, purchased five cars. I have had both good and bad experiences along the way. I can honestly say that I had the best new car shopping experience in my entire life today when I was shopping for a new Toyota Avalon at Sunnyside Toyota with Alicia. It was a weekend day and I knew the dealership would potentially be busy, but I was promptly greeted within seconds of my arrival at Sunnyside. Alicia was warm, enthusiastic, and authentic. Her genuine care & concern for me and my needs made the process incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. I also loved how she treated me... I never received any "fake enthusiasm" or energy from her that I've received from other dealerships in the past. Despite it being busy, Alicia gave me her full undivided attention my entire time at Sunnyside, and made me feel like I was the only customer in the entire dealership. Her product knowledge was incredible. She helped me get a fair price estimate on my trade-in car, and then proceeded to introduce me to the car I was looking into (Toyota Avalon). She knew every single button, technology, and mechanism in that car and answered all of my questions. I have had some sales people at other dealerships previously who don't get excited about the process. They have in the past, looked like they are there just because they have to be. Alicia was just as excited as I was about the car! We spent over 3 hours today looking at different trims & features. She also showed me many different color combinations. I'm the type of guy who needs to see the color on the car and the interior to know if I really love it or not. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her with all of my questions or requests to see different models and colors. The test drive was wonderful. I was able to test out every single feature of the car in both city and highway roads. I felt so comfortable with the knowledge and experience I was receiving. Alicia was also able to help me adjust my thinking as we went through the process. She found out what my car "must-haves" list contained, and was extremely knowledgeable to offer up alternative trims and packages that I was unaware of. She was also able to show me options for buying at many different payment plans for my consideration. I did not end up buying the car today. I WILL be back. More importantly, I've told my parents, friends, and family that they need to go to Sunnyside Toyota and ask for Alicia! If you are like me and are sick and tired of being treated poorly during the car buying process, or if you are sour towards the idea of buying a car because of previous poor experiences, please schedule an appointment to see Alicia! She will show you how the process of buying a car can be fun again. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!
