    I started my search at another nearby dealership for a Mitsubishi GT last year around October or so. Was left with a very bad impression of Cleveland area dealerships. Started watching cars.com, autotrader, car gurus, and others. Started Following Sunnyside. Watched their prices vs others in the area. They always had great looking vehicles and very reasonable prices and seemed to move a large amount of inventory. Started following a particular vehicle and made an offer. Their counter was still higher than I was willing to go. Watched the vehicle for another month, continued to see other vehicles come and go. Decided to make another offer, this time they said yes. We live about two hours away and time was going to be a premium. Hit some traffic and got there later than expected. Took our test drive at dusk (around Dec 18th or so). Worked with Darren Lione the entire time. Very knowledgeable about the different models and model years. Answered all my questions. Everything we discussed about price through email went just as expected. Very easy backoffice experience. They were there beyond their normal business hours as well. Their finance mgr had already spoken with our lending mgr and that was already squared away before we got there. Just a really good experience.

    Service Department is great

    i have been going there for years. Service department is helpful and fits me in especially when on a short notice if important. Dan is very helpful there. I plan to continue to use them for years in the future. I have been leasing the last few years but have bought from this dealership when it was a Saturn Dealer.

    Over a month to get title

    Took 31 days to get Title and even then I had to push them. Temp tags only last 45 days. Nice car and sales, lousy back office.

    Bought what appears to be a very nice used vehicle. Jon Kelley was our salesman and he did everything he promised and was not afraid to do whatever he said he would do. No pressure what-so-ever. Everything was done in a timely fashion and ready for my signature! One of the best salesmen I have ever encountered. Definitely recommend him. Will go back to him when in need of another car. Very impressive dealership.

    Recall Notice

    Received a recall notice; called Service Dept. and spoke with Dan. He said to bring car in anytime and he would take care of it. Did so and was in and out in less than 1/2 hr. Service has never been an issue and Dan has always been extremely helpful and courteous.
