    Had a really great experience working with the team here. I had researched for about 6 months exactly the car I wanted and the price I felt most comfortable paying. Emailed and texted at first - they met my price point and we quickly moved from there. The team here communicated extremely well before I arrived, helped me fill out a bunch of the paperwork before I even got there to make the day-of buying quick and painless. They were up front with everything and never faltered or tried anything funny/pressure for more/bigger sale/etc - none of that. Felt really cared for and valued by the whole team. Honestly, probably my best car buying experience to date. Note - I'm from Las Vegas...we have a Subaru dealership in town...I drove to this one because the experience (and price!) was so much better! If you're considering driving from out of town and worried they might change the price up when you get there, that is not the case - they kept the exact price/deal we agreed upon.

    Our salesperson went over everything with me about the car before we took it out for a test drive. She bent over backwards to get the car I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to be helpful.

    Second Subaru Forester Purchase

    Even though we had contacted various Subaru dealerships in the Phoenix valley, we decided to purchase our second Forester from the Subaru Superstore of Surprise. We had been using the Subaru Superstore of Suprise Service Dept for our 2012 Forester and felt the staff cared for our vehicle and us. When a major repair issue arose on our Forester, the service staff discussed with us the pros and cons of doing the repair vs getting a newer model. There was no pressure to decide on one choice or the other. When we made the decision to trade in the 2012 Forester instead of doing the repair work, we were introduced to the Internet Sales Manager. He spent time learning what model would suit our needs best, discussing new vs pre-owned. Once again there was no pressure made to purchase. Every member of the staff who we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. If ever we needed to replace our 2020 Forester, we would highly consider working with the Subaru Superstore of Surprise team again.
