    Poor service and high price
    by Sandy p from Lilburn | March 20, 2021

I went for service and left and my hybrid malfunction sign showed up and I went back same day after calling the dealership and on reaching there was told the master technician left. I went the next day and was told it coincidental and not from previous day service, which I do not believe.

by VP Hester from Lawrenceville Ga | February 23, 2021

I went in looking to pay a certain price for a used Camry and when they finished tacking on fee's and warranties I was paying around $8k more then I had intended to spend they make false promises and can't be trusted they are big crooks !!! The service center is also a rip off will avoid this whole operation all together and advise you to do the same..

Glen Payne, Josh are the worst Toyota in Stone MT
by Stephanie Wilson from Atlanta GEorgia | February 03, 2021

Glenn Payne the general manager and Josh the associate decided to keep my 3k deposit and my monthly car payments. This was the worst experience in my life.

    BEWARE!!! Shady dealer
by STM from Snellville, GA | February 01, 2021

I am reaching out seeking an IMMEDIATE resolution after waiting nearly 30 days to have my account updated to reflect the agreement which I signed for with Stone Mountain Toyota on 12/28/2020. After patiently waiting and contacting your company on three separate occasions prior to this writing, I am shocked to see that Stone Mountain Toyota still refuses to provide the information needed to release me from my initial financing agreement with Capital One. NOTE: My last contact was today, during which I was rudely advised that "someone will call you after we get through inking deals". Stone Mountain Toyota refuses to accurately present my account status in order to allow me to make the agreed upon payment vs. simply maintaining grossly outdated/erroneous information that only serves to unfairly profit off of invalid payment amounts even though the Capital One Office of the President has personally requested resolution.

Not a business I would recommend
by Roll Tide from Montgomery, Alabama | January 24, 2021

We had Damien assist us with our experience there and we were not happy customers. We were interested in a used 2020 Toyota Corolla and when they came back with a ridiculous charge for a safety inspection fee close to $2k and near $1k in charges for a dealership fee it matched exactly what others had said about this organization. Damien insisted that the company had to make some profit but come on not outrageous amount of profit. I do see how Stone Mountain Toyota did catch on to customers reviews by calling them out on their bogus charges for reconditioning fee and now charging instead for safety inspection fee instead. I challenge all to continue to call out Stone Mountain Toyota for who they truly are. You may be able to take advantage of the average customer however you will be called out for who you truly are.

    Bad customers services and unprofessional
by Curtis Williams from Stonemountain | January 21, 2021

My sales person was lazy and misleading in the process of buying this car. I had some issues with car and no one seems like they wanted to help. The people there is very unprofessional and unconcerned about you after the sell is over. My sales person was Beverley.

    do NOT recommend!
by Olivia from Duluth | January 17, 2021

The WORST dealer ship to go to. The workers are not friendly and just want to sell you a car. Don't care whether you are happy or not, you're a money sign to them. Go somewhere where they make you feel comfortable and happy with not only your car but service. I'd rather pay more on the same car somewhere else just for a better experience. I never write reviews but it's terrible here.

    Service
by Traci Loveless from LOGANVILLE | January 13, 2021

This place is a joke! Dropped off a brand new 2020 CH-R because inside the door broke?!? Information changes each time I spoke to someone, 24 hours later, they said its ready, get to my car and they FORGOT to put the WHOLE door panel back on!!! Like seriously? Did you NOT just drive my car to the garage for me??? How many others did this small fix pass by? Hello? Its the whole door panel off!! Another visit for service, oil change and tires. I asked to check a tire out for me due to pressure light stays on. Oh we did, nothings wrong with it, flat tire in morning left on the side of the road!!! Lied again! Another time a service tech argued with me over my car. My car was parked still outside waiting over an hour. I checked in on the time frame from that point, he said "That's not your car, yours is inside on the mount, follow me" Im like what? Takes me to someone elses car and says "SEE?" I said "Yah! See? Not my car!!! I stormed out mad, questioning the trust in service actually getting done and properly at that if he can't tell me which car is mine. Stay away from this dealership!!!! Don't bother, I am warning you ahead of time.

    Not Attentive to customers needs...
by Chase from Snellville , Ga. | January 10, 2021

Internet Specialist Bev contacted me immediately upon my request online...set an appointment for the next day (great!). Went the next morning to look a Dodge (I know it’s a Toyota dealership) but it’s on their lot and for sale...so??!! Associate knew nothing about the Dodge...at least do some research and maybe compare to a Toyota or sell me a Tundra. When I mentioned seeing a Tundra the associate mentions (that’s a big price difference...are you sure) w/o even checking my credit or asking my price range. At that point it’s time to go...on the way out Bev mentioned me to the sales mgr about the Dodge it he was focused on something else and brushed us off...Overall I think I was judged based on appearance (both associates were African American) so it’s not a minority issue but just the look of not being able to afford their product. Needless to say, I’m working w/ Toyota Mall of Ga. and they are great...they now have my business and my wife’s service business for her older Toyota. Before my rating the location was rated 1.4 and that really sounds about right, sadly. Thanks

A clear case of Bait and Shift
by Tom Lausman from Cumming, GA | January 03, 2021

I inquired about a used car advertised for $19955. I went to buy it based on the advertised price. The sales associate discuss a monthly payment that we were comfortable with. At no time during the negotiation did he mention a 2200 fee for reconditioning. We purchased the vehicle and the next day were shocked to find out we paid $22573. I'm 75 and have purchased many vehicles but have never been scammed by a dealer this bad.
