    DONT WASTE YOURE TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL BAIT YOU IN AND MAKE YOU DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THERE DEALERSHIP AND NEVER GO THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAID OVER THE PHONE AND WILL MAKE YOU WASTE 4 HOURS AT THERE DEALERSHIP SAYING THERE WRITTING UP THE CONTRACT YOU BOTH AGREE ON AND ONCE THERE DONE IT WILL END UP BEING A CONTRACT YOU GUYS NEVER AGREED ON AND THEN YOULL BE LEAVING WITHOUT A CAR AND 4 to 5 HOURS OF LOST TIME. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SALESTEAM IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.... DIDNT THINK IT WAS THIS POSSIBLE FOR CARS SALESMEN AND A DEALERSHIP TO BE SO BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN!

    Did some research, called ahead, and the cars I wanted to look at were ready for me. Santiago was incredible, made me feel confident and comfortable the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience.

    I am injured from a recent car accident and explained that I did not want to stay at a dealership in pain. They made us wait 2 hours to be helped in their lobby after calling us in to come in for our 'appointment'. The salesman Jose Escobar and Manager Wallid then proceeded to show us a car which had very obviously been painted and been in an accident. The undercarriage was dragging beneath it. The doors were a different color black than the rest of the car. A ton of orange peel in the paint. The navigation system was broken. The rear window tint was scratched to xxxx. It was a 2017 Prius.     Great and fair dealership

    Kevin helped me in getting my car. My credit isn’t the best but he managed to get me into my dream car with an affordable monthly payment. He was never pushy. Their facilities are clean. And the cars they sell are of high quality. I plan to go back to get my husband a car there now too!

    They deserved 5 but I will rate 4 overall because the car I bought had an electric shortage and audio system and back camara were off, I didn't notice in the drive test. 5 min after I left the dealer with my new car I noticed the defect and I made aware the sales manager and the salesman, they were really open to fix it but I needed to leave it with the service dept and it was open only in my work hours. I had to left it overnight the next day I bought it to get it fixed and I had to drive my old car again because they only have spare cars with appointment and not for the same day. It was fixed but the service will really improve if they have spare cars for this situations.

    AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH STG AUTO GROUP - STAY AWAY

    Not even sure where to begin on how awful my experience with STG auto group has been. I purchased my car about 3 weeks ago and since I’ve owned the car it has been in the shop for almost 2 weeks now. When I test drove the car, no service lights came on and within 24 hours of owning the car 5 different lights came on my dashboard. I took my car in to get the lights looked at because they assured me there couldn’t be anything wrong only to receive a phone call from them that not only were there serious issues, they did not even feel comfortable driving my car to the Jeep dealership to be worked on so they needed to get it towed. Mind you, this is the car that I just purchased a week prior and have been driving around all week. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grande Cherokee with 20,000 miles so there is NO reason that there should already be this amount of problems. The fact that none of these lights came on during my test drive and all popped up within 24 hours of leaving the lot is NOT a coincidence. Once these issues came up, it has been nothing but a headache dealing with rental cars and un-promised timelines. I was given a rental car from STG that I was told I could have for 2 weeks and after having for 6 days I get a call that I need to bring it in because another customer just bought a car and she had an oil leak so now she needs my car. UNREAL. Not sure how all of a sudden it became my problem that they don’t have enough rental cars but it did…. So I had to leave work and drive my car to the Jeep dealership to get a new rental that now I am only allowed to have for 5 days, so I am completely out of luck when the 5 days is up and it’s not looking like my car will be done before then. After talking to a few people about the car buying process it seems to come up time and time again that STG auto group has a horrible reputation and seem to operate their business in a very slimy way. Another thing to note, in the “negotiation” process of buying the car our sales rep told us that we had to buy a tracking device to go with our car regardless if he wanted it or not and the cost was $1,500. He happened to mention that sometimes people can get them for $500 or $1,000. They went down to $1,000 and I feel as though they would have gone down to $500 or lower had we tried harder but we were so ready to get out of there and didn’t want to deal with them any longer. The way they operate is very unethical and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them. My husband and I feel as though we got completely ripped off and now have a car with a ton of issues that was not disclosed to us. Stay away from STG auto group.

    I recently purchased a SUV from STG of Garden Grove. All went pretty well until you sign on the line. As I had problem to address the salesman then the manager then the upper manger all told me of the disclaimers and argued from a position of defense not compassion or reason. I sent a the upper management a letter that I thought was fair and wanted aid. the letter follows: Mike, I was given your address directing me to top management. Your likeness is not listed in the website. I purchased a Ford Escape over Labor Day weekend. Among other issues I am taking care of there is a sales issue. After I was able to get these mechanical issues dealt with I was able to get to the manual and educate myself. Shortly after I was able to identify errors in the sales literature. It was mentioned in an email that the car came equipped with voice controlled climate control and low tire pressure warning. I found out this is not true with the verification of Ford service. Adel was the manager and Dario was the salesman. Everything was getting sold and post sales was going fine until Moe got involved. He was put back in charge after Adel went back to Montibello. I informed him of the mechanical issues and the sale lit problems. When it came to the sales lit he basically told me this was my problem. He had disclaimers. And I was being vindictive. It seems your company believes in buyer beware. I was not given proper opportunity to check out the car. Your service dept was closed for the long weekend. The car was taken away for cleaning. And not brought out until well after the paperwork was complete. I did not sign the agreement stipulating I had proper time to check things out. Moe said I signed something else and this does not matter. Why was the stipulation there? To thoroughly check the car out would take hours in the hot August sun reading a book call the manual. Dario was asked if I had voice climate control. He waved it off and said he didn’t know much about Ford. Why have him sell the car? I don’t know what is fair here but me taking a walk is not the answer. If you are interested in fair play and all the facts (as I’m sure something was missed, or needs clarification) I would like a call. I hope this is explanatory. Don't buy a car here!

    My wife and I came in looking for a replacement used car. We meet up with one of their Saleman Nathan. Nathan was Awesome. He was very knowledgeable on the different vehicles we looked at. Nathan and the their new finance manager made our car buying experience fabulous. We will Definitely be back to buy another car. STG’s vehicles are top Knoch, they definitely take pride in the vehicles they sale and they look out for their customers. We are sending our daughter in for her next vehicle.
