    I made a great cash offer, very close to the list price; but the dealer rejected it. There was too much haggle for a used car that has been in inventory over 25 days. I couldn’t comprehend the dealers strategy. I put a serious cash offer on the table for $485 under list price, but the dealer chose not to sell. The sales manager said that he would send the vehicle to the auction instead. For the dealer it was all or nothing. The sales person tried, but in the end I walked and kept my $13k in the bank, there will be another vehicle out there I will buy.

    no mechanics, just terribly slow part-swappers.

    I've taken my Cadillac ATS here 5 times...Which is exactly the problem. Their service department is nothing more than part swappers and they consistently get it wrong. If that wasn't bad enough, an oil change takes 3 hours once they take your keys. They do have free coffee, so there is that...

    Customer service is a Joke

    Wow customer service is a joke 1 joke. My cigarette lighter fuse blew. I went to parts to buy fuse. Was told special order 7 dollars. I came to Stewart parts to pick up fuse. Had to buy 10 at 77 dollars. Wow. I only need one 2 joke I ask if they had schematics of fuse box. He didn't have it. Refer me to maintenance 3 joke. Went to maintenance spoke to manager. 100 to check it Ask him if her had schematics he told me call up Jeep customer service for information What a joke DON'T go to Stewart Chevolet

    What a Great Experience with Stewart Chevrolet! Everyone was so attentive. Our Salesman, Angel, was knowledgeable about the product, helpful, patient, and not pushy at all. Who would've thought buying a car would be so easy and that I'd enjoy it. Even the GM, Jon, came out to meet and Greet us. I felt like Royalty. The Used Car I purchased was like NEW! I even took it to my mechanic afterwards and said it was well taken care of, and running like new. Thanks again Stewart Chevy Sales Team for all of your help, great service, and making sure the Chevy Tahoe was in Great condition. :-)

    Worst experience , my car was running before it goes inside the had to tow it after declining repairs so the just unplugged everything. Worst costumer service My car stayed their for more than 21 days just to get diagnosed .

    THE WORST REPAIR SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

    I brought my vehicle into the service center to get a pair of brake pads installed. That's all. As soon as I got my vehicle back, the engine light came on, and while braking, the car began to jerk. In addition, I checked under the hood and the engine was shaking. I was too pissed. The vehicle is a newer model, that had no issues prior to bringing in. I immediately brought the car back to the shop to find out what was going on. My service advisor Bill seemed like he didn't care at all. After a diagnosis, it was found that a cylinder misfired, and it was just a concidence that this occurred. I called the manager Joe to complain. His response in a nut shell was "F you. It's your fault, and we wont compensate you you for anything.". I will never ever go to this service center again, nor will I purchase another Chevy. I experienced blatant disrespect, horrible customer service, and a manager who don't care about operating in good faith, or customers investments. In final thought, STAY AWAY from this place!!!!!!!

    The Last Thing They Will Do is Sell You A Car

    I've been here 3 times in the last 8 years. It's very clear that the Salespeople who work here are not interested in selling cars. Their faces are buried in their phones and they look annoyed if you interrupt them. On my latest visit, I was looking for an ATS-V Coupe. The sales person was barely present during our conversation. On my previous visit, we were buying a Chevy Tahoe- wanted to buy the one on the lot, went home to get my wife, the GM decided to drive it home despite the fact that it was in the middle of the day and we had an appt. In both cases we drove across the bay to buy the vehicle, at a location where the employees greet you, and you can actually buy a car. We love the dealer so much that we actually drive 45min just to get our car serviced there.

    I got several emails from 3 different people l but no one ever responded to my specific questions on financing so i never bothered to go in. I was specifically interested because i kept seeing the commercial about "employee discount rates" on cars and I really needed a car & opportunity for a good price/financing.
