by Iwojima from Denver, CO | October 21, 2020

Worked with Allison Maxon in Sales. Highly recommended. Very forthcoming with all information. Spent time explaining the new features on the vehicle. Worked with me on price. (Why can't I enter her name in the 'Choose their name' field?)

    Not a good experience
by HS from Montrose, CO | June 12, 2020

We drove for 5 1/2 hours across the state, only to find out the Tacoma we had discussed via text messages and a confirming picture with a salesperson and which we had also listed the stock number on the credit application was not the one we were offered at the dealership. They had sold it that morning. The salesperson offered a half-hearted apology, shifting the blame onto someone else. Although friendly, the person closing for us on the paperwork was relentless in trying to get us to buy an extended warranty on the Tacoma we settled for. The facilities were clean and the personnel were all wearing face coverings.

Art and Tyler (Financial Manager) WERE AMAZING!
by Grace Coombs from Cheyenne, Wyoming | May 07, 2020

I had been in contact with Art and he was so efficient when we went to the dealership. He listened to my needs and wants. He was straight to the point and no usual dealership bs. Tyler the financial manager was incredible as well and helped make the process easy and smooth.

Allison Maxon is a very nice sales person. Had a wonderful time while my friend bought a new car. She knows what she was doing. I would recommend Stevinson Toyota East to my family and friends. Keep the excellent service going. Thank you so much Allison. See you next time for my new car.

Serious shopper with cash in hand ready to test...
by Serious Shopper from Denver, CO | January 11, 2020

Great response time and communication off the bat. But, never heard back from sales person after viewing and showing serious interest in the vehicle before it had finished their inspection and detailing. Called to check it's progress and learned it had sold. So much for being the first to see...

Toyota Dealership Review of Stevinson Toyota
by Dawna Teal from Aurora, CO | October 08, 2019

This has been the best dealership we have ever dealt with. We have purchased three vehicles from them and would gladly refer anyone looking to buy a car to head to this place first.

    Toyota 4runner purchase experience
by Dave from Denver, Colorado | October 04, 2019

I loved the vehicle and the sales person Josh Chambers was pretty decent. However, the person who did the financing was extremely annoying and sneaky. Beware, they forced a purchase of a car alarm I did not want for $850. It is just a way for them to make a lot of money on a purchase. I hate the alarm and told them I did not want it. They said that is not an option to turn it down. It is terrible service to force overpriced garbage on a vehicle. The finance person was very deceptive and attempted several times to add unwanted bloated overpriced options such as gap insurance for unreasonable prices. Seriously, call your insurance company and ask for a quote and compare it to the marked up gap insurance they try to sell. I did like the vehicle and decided, it was worth the purchase in spite of the overpriced alarm They told me it was $500. At home, I caught that they charged an additional $350 to activate the unwanted alarm. Never was there a discussion of this charge while doing the paperwork. I found that sneaky. I should have read every single form I signed at length and I would have seen the charge

    Horrible
by Disappointed from Aurora, CO | June 11, 2019

I could not have had a worse experience here. This review will be long, so to summarize: they took forever to incorrectly do a simple task. While waiting, I observed mechanics profiling customers when determining who to pressure to overpay for simple repairs. I went to Stevinson East to get a VIN verification, a form needed to register my car in Colorado, and to get a recall checked on. The recall only affected a smaller percentage of models, and the form was only one page, so I did not expect this to take too long, especially because I had an appointment. When I arrived, I was quoted 1:30 to 2 hours, which seemed long to me to fill out a single page form and to check a part of a car. I didn’t have a means of getting home, so I went to sit in the waiting room. While waiting, I observed mechanics profiling customers. The less fluent they were in English, the harder they pushed them to pay to get air filters replaced and generally talked down to them. Air filters can be replaced with no tools in a few minutes. However, when it my turn to hear about my damaged air filter, I, a white man, was asked if I replaced them myself, with no pressure to overpay. I was the only person to be given this option despite giving no indication I knew anything about cars. After 2 hours and 5 minutes, a mechanic finally came to check in with me. At this point, after hearing nothing beforehand, I was finally told that my car was one of the models affected by the defect, and that they were “finishing up” the repair. My car was finally ready after 2 hours and 45 minutes, 40 minutes after I was told they were “finishing up.” When I went to the DMV to register my car, the representative took one look at the VIN verification Stevinson prepared for me and told me that it had been filled out incorrectly and was invalid. Luckily, they were not too busy, and the DMV agent kindly offered to go to the parking lot and fill out a new VIN verification for me. I could not imagine having a worse experience here. I would avoid them at all costs.
