    Very helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure they met our needs. Multiple employees stayed 2 hours past closing to make sure we were taken care. We felt that everyone who assisted us was genuine and had our best interest at heart.

    Sales is Great, Financing is Iffy

    *READ ME!* I had such a positive car shopping experience at Stevinson Hyundai in May of 2020. Pierce came out right away to assist with my car-buying experience. He was never pushy or "salesy." This is especially impressive considering this was the first day back on the sales floor after Stevinson was closed and employees were furloughed due to the pandemic. Pierce was honest about pricing and only used facts and data to support his offer for my trade in and the purchase price of the vehicle. He referenced Kelly Blue Book and Carfax repeatedly. When I drove off the lot in my new-to-me car, I noticed that the A/C cooling was broken. I told Pierce and he immediately set out to make it right. Not because I was hostile or it was his responsibility, but because he wanted to ensure my car buying experience was a positive one. I have a lot of respect for that! The service department fixed it right up a few days later. Saved me at least $200! There was one condition of my purchase that hasn't been able to be completed yet due to COVID, but Pierce has been following up with me. The only less-than-glowing piece of my car buying experience was in the financing office. I worked with Chris. I was happy with the price of the vehicle and had not intended to purchase any further insurance offerings. I was offered the same thing, at a slightly lower price, about five times before I gave in. This was incredibly uncomfortable and I felt like I was taking food straight from his children's mouths. In 2020, I was very surprised that a woman has to say *NO* this many times. Again, this was extremely uncomfortable. I hope this "strategy" is not training that Hyundai or Stevinson offers or encourages. I will say that Chris was able to offer me an interest rate that was lower than the financing I came in with. I will keep my rating at 5 stars because Pierce saved my experience with his after-care. *COVID REVIEW*: Masks were worn and proper precautions were taken during the "safer at home order." Employees wore gloves, even though this has been proven less effective that frequent washing, if you're not changing your gloves after touching different surfaces. Cars were "sanitized" before test driving. I'm not sure what that entailed, but it stunk to HIGH HEAVENS of Lysol. Clean enough for me!

    Pt cruiser

    I didn’t by the pt cruiser—I awaited too long. Internet mgr was great- answered all my questions— ad was fantastic included real pictures— NOT file photos—- also included car fax ! Would definitely consider talking to them again if they ever get in a red pt cruiser.

    Fantastic Buying Experience

    From the moment we walked into the Sales area until I drove my new car off the lot, the buying experience at Stevinson Hyundai was seamless and without the typical pressure that one begins to expect (and attempt to avoid) when looking for a new car. Marilyn, our sales associate, was helpful and knew the car from hood to cargo area. She was an advocate for our requirements without trying to sell us options that we weren’t interested in. At each step along the way, from Phil, the new car sales manager, to Pierce on the financial end, the process was easy and without the anticipated pressure or games. I was familiar with this dealership as I had taken my previous vehicle there for service and, although it’s about 20 miles from our home, I will continue to do business with Stevinson Hyundai in Longmont. They seem to encourage the right attitude and work ethic in the personnel they hire and they provide quality service and customer support.
