    Service rep was very accommodating but suggested I would need to replace my engine when all that was wrong was a faulty oil pressure sensor. I took the vehicle to another shop who made the repairs and the truck has been running without issue. Further, while waiting on my truck I walked around the showroom for 10 minutes without so much as a glance from a salesperson, I eventually Uber?d to another dealership and am now under contract on a new vehicle.

    Poor service work performed

    I went in for a four tire replacement. Three tires were replaced with the correct tire. One tire did not match the other three. How does that happen???

    The absolute worst service I have received anywhere. It's honestly the only time I have been offended by the service I received. I was lied to twice about what was wrong with my vehicle and even after I had proof about being lied to I was never given an apology or acknowledgement that Stevinson's had dropped the ball. From everything that I was lied to about I ended up contacting a 3rd party expert, driving 4 hours out of my way and spending $1000 out of my own pocket for an issue that, according to Chevrolet, should have been covered under warranty at Stevinson's. Also, if you have no other choice but to take your vehicle here for service, please make sure you take photos or a video of the outside of your vehicle before leaving it there and when you pick it up. They damaged my vehicle and I did not notice it until I got home and when I called them the next day they would not even offer to look at the damage or even look in to what might have happened. All around it was a very stressful and horrible experience that should never have happened.

    I brought my new 2500 Silverado in for an oil change. When i got home there was oil all over my driveway. The dealer technician did not tighten the oil filter completely resulting in a big mess on my new driveway. The dealer cant even do an oil change without issue? C'mon boys.
