    So a week ago I was working with one of your salesmen on a truck you guys have online. I sent him links of the truck I wanted to see and he scheduled me an appointment for Saturday the 25 of April at 230. He stated, "I'm making sure we give you the best deal possible. I promise you that you'll leave grinning ear to ear with excitement!" Let me you tell you, that wasn't the experience I had. I talked to him the night before and the same day and said he will have the truck ready for me when I arrive. I drove 2 hours to your dealership to find out that he was too busy for the appointment he scheduled and the truck didn't exist. He stated he knew the truck didn't exist and forgot to tell me. Next, he introduced me to the guy that would help with the trucks he said I would like… The trucks had nothing in common with the truck that I came to see.  I kept showing the guy the truck on the website and he says that truck doesn't exists. He looked up the stock number and found the truck that is associated to the stock number and it wasn't even close to what was listed on the website and at a higher price with less features. So long story short your dealership baited me to travel 2 hours for a truck that has a lot of add-ons and low price point that. I was very hesitant to post this but you still haven't taken down the ad for that truck. To be honest I would have bought a truck if the salesman just told me there was a mistake. Instead I was pond off to another employee, shown 5 different vehicles with almost none of the features I wanted, and $5000 what I intended on spending.

    Typical bait and switch and outright lying, used car salesmen tactics. Avoid at all costs. Review Yelp reviews for all their sneaky tricks. The 5-star reviews are probably posted by the dealership since all the rest are 1-2 stars.

    These people are crooks. They were able to get me financed 3 years ago. I went back to trade that truck for a new one. They offered me $5,000 less than average trade value. After 3 years, I’d be lucky if I could get payoff for my truck. I tried contacting them to cancel the extended warranty they sold me, still nothing on that. I did previously write a favorable review, I no longer stand by that review!

    There are dealers out there that will treat far better have better benefits(lifetime car washes ) nicer show rooms and let you know about the deal before you go into the signing room! Dealt with them in 2006 they were great 2019 not so much! They test drove my trade-in without me even knowing about it ! See if they let you do that with one of their cars!

    Advised salesman prior to arrival that our trade-in had a "branded" title, that vehicle had been repaired and was in excellent shape. Salesman stated that wasn't a problem and that they would take our vehicle in trade. Drove 150 miles, decided on which new car to buy, after some back-and-forth, agreed to purchase a 2019 vehicle with ours as a trade-in. They agreed, and signed, to give us $12,000 for our vehicle. Well as soon as they found out the payoff (we refused to tell them prior to agreeing on pricing) was over $2,000 more than what we owed the entire deal halted, including the salesman tossing our keys across the table to us as he practically sneered "you folks should know you paid more than double what that car was worth when you bought it". Gee, that's funny, they just offered us $12,000 for it (we only paid $13,500). PLEASE note that what they advertise online is NOT what you will be paying when you get there! They instantly tack on $2000 if you don't finance through them. Hope you have read this entire review and go somewhere else, unless you like being lied to.

    Absolute waste of time trying to deal with these folks. I'm in Post Falls Idaho which is a bit of a drive to this place. I tried many many times to get them to give me a firm price on a new Ram truck they had advertised. I got a "phone price" somewhere in a conversation but getting them to provide something in writing was like pulling teeth. I got every single excuse you can think of, from "I left it on my managers desk" to "Someone was supposed to get back to you". Having read some of the other reviews on here I figured it was not a good bet to just drive down 7 hours and expect them to honor the phone price. Unless you're local I suggest you just save yourself a lot of hassles and go look at another dealership. I did.

    Worst Experience we ever experienced. It was a total flop and no way could we recommend this dealership. It was a complete scam and main objective is to get more money out of you. We flew from Sacramento, was picked up at Boise and they wanted more money than we agreed and we felt high pressured to the maximum. Deal was canceled and we were left stranded in the parking lot. ??
