    I brought my car in because the AC didnt work, they ordered the part but never called me to say it was in.they kept it for 6 hours and installed the part, 3 days later , I turned on the AC and no cold air. When I went back, I was told I paid $600.00 just for the switch to turn on the AC. I would be $700. to unblock the AC. So I have a switch that turns on nothing!!!

    ?As usual?.....great customer experience. Staff was professional, prompt and user friendly. Considerate of the time spent and the cost of the service ?more than fair?. Received a courtesy car wash too!

    Disappointment Service - MOST of the time

    Had an issue with a headlamp warning light - had to bring it in twice and on that second visit, had to argue with the technician to do some research to find a software update. Had an issue with brakes told "problem not found". 1.5 years later when I replaced my front brakes, the problem was resolved. The issue had nothing due to the age of the car - the problem started when the car was less than a year old. Most recently, made an appointment to have all 4 tires replaced and not only did they never order the tires, they had no idea what my car was there. Love my Lincoln - dealership not so much.

    Worst car experience ever!!

    This is the worst car lease I have EVER had!! I have had nothing but problems with my Lincoln MKX since I got it and the service at Stevens Ford has been horrible. I had to bring the car in 6 times for an issue with the speakers and Bluetooth. On my 4th time in I told one of the service people that I may look into the lemon law and he had the nerve to laugh in my face and say ?Good luck, that?ll never happen?. The 5th time in for the same speaker/Bluetooth issue a service tech actually sat in my car and lied to me that they had replicated the problem and fixed the drivers door speaker...but that speaker was never broken because I had specified that the passenger door was broken. And on my most recent service they flat out lied that they had rotated my tires and checked the air pressure because I knew that one tire had a slow leak and did not put air in it that morning and they gave it back to me exactly the same way but documented that they completed the tire rotation and air pressure check and never said anything to me that my tire pressure was at 22psi and thought it was ok to send me off in an unsafe vehicle. I?ve leased a VW every 3 years for 20 years and this is the first non-VW for me, worst experience ever and I?ll never get another car from Stevens Ford.

    I had a family emergency and my truck was in for recall service. I called Paul Harris ,the service rep assigned to my truck ,at 7:30am and was on the toad by 8:15. He really understands customer service.
