    They can’t find the problem, and it is still under waranty so I complain and Service Manager told me to drive out of the service area because it is a private property and he is going to call a cop on me,I told him that I’m not going anywhere and show him the problem which he agree that is a problem after checking it

    Simply the best and nicest sales people

    Kristen Rudd is the best salesperson ever (and I have bought a lot of cars!) - so pleasant and efficient. Just the best experience - and to be fair the other staff I dealt with were astonishingly fun and pleasant too. Just wish the experience was completable in under and hour. This dealer is the best dealer in the region based on many cars I have owned/leased.

    I went in the showroom for enquiring about a new car. My criteria was very specific that i needed a hybrid. And i was open for others (non hybrids) if there were some exciting offers. I've never owned a car before in the US and wanted a test drive. I guess to my bad luck i got the worst salesman ever. Since I'm a first time buyer, i didn't have insurance, so according to the showroom policy I wasn't allowed to test drive. I've test driven in every other showroom except for this. The salesman took a copy of my driver's licence and then said i can't take the test drive. And said he will lose his job of he allowed me. ( In other showrooms, either they allowed me to test drive or they accompany me in the car) I was okay with this as that's a stand policy of the showroom. Added to this, i asked the sales person to give me quotes at least which he refused and literally shooed me away. I even asked him if there's any offer on the Corolla 2020 model which was displayed outside. He just showed me the MSRP and when asked for offer (as dealers normally have a hefty discounts on the previous year model) he said- but you're not looking for a non hybrids, so what's the point. When I tried to negotiate on the MSRP, he said, if I play such games (negotiations) I'd lose my job. This was my worse experience at any showroom in my car hunt journey till now. I don't know if he was literally afraid of losing his job, or just was horrible at doing his job. If i were his boss, I'd fire him right away.

    Unnecessary 5K maintenance service for $440!

    The service agent, Bryan Hather, exploited my daughter's ignorance by 1 Charging her for service is not necessary, the car has not reached the 5000 miles since last service. It only has 19K and not due for major maintenance! 2 Did not offer cheaper options: On my last visit the other agent told me that basic oil change starts at $60 and I finally paid $420 for Toyota Care maintenance contract!  And this agent offer a ONE TIME service for same amount, that is ridiculous! 3 Do not allow us to cancel the service even though we called back 20 minutes after she signed the contract  when she get home. 4 Service manager did not return my call to complain even though I left 4 messages within 5 days after service!

    Great place to get my Toyota serviced

    Stevens Creek Toyota is so easy to work with. I leased my Rav4 from them and drive to them each time for service because of the ease of setting up the appointment, the friendly staff, their covid protections in place, quick service, and Rick helped me get the services I needed within my budget. Highly recommend - it's worth the drive!
