    CHARGED FOR WORK NOT NEEDED!!

    Brought my tuck in with Engine light on and dash gages reading service DEF System. They changed my two fuel filters and said it was ready. Went to pick it up and the light was still on and the gages were still reading system service needed. Left truck again and got a call that it didn't need the fuel filters changed at all, What was actually wrong was that it needed a very expensive sensor and a totally different type of filter as to what they had already installed and charged me for. Not very professional or thorough diagnostics in my opinion I will not be returning if this is the way they conduct business. All I recieved from them was I am sorry and I apologies. This was a very expensive mistake on their part that cost ME money not them.

    Excellent and patient salesman

    Rick Poteat was my salesman and he did an excellent job answering my questions concerning all the features of the jeeps I test drove. I didn’t go to the dealership with the intent of purchasing a Jeep that day but he worked so hard on price and on my trade ins that the next day my husband and I signed the papers and I left with a beautiful Jeep. It has been my dream to have a Jeep Wrangler and he worked all day to make it possible. The only negatives had nothing to do with Rick. The cubicles are such that you can not have a conversation with your dealer without hearing the dealer next to you talking to their customer. At one point the cubicle next to us was so loud we could not talk without speaking louder. I would recommend Rick Poteat as a salesman to anyone. But I did call back to discuss my loan after finding out I could get a lower interest rate and I spoke to a gentleman named “Bush” and he was not very pleased that I wanted to change lenders and made this known to me. But this doesn’t change my opinion of Rick or Steve White. One negative does not undo all the positive I experienced.

    After lake Norman let me down after buying seven automobiles turned to Brooke she got my truck repaired .i am a disabled vet and needed transportation to and from va will look to this dealership for all future dealings have driven Chrysler products last fifty years

    Extremely bad service experience on 2 visits

    Had tail light out, technician ( their word, not mine) replaced fuse on a new Jeep with less than 10,000 miles. Did not take the time to try to find why it was blown. It blew again, on 2nd visit, after waiting 2 hours, he replaced again with 20 amp fuse ( it called for a 15 amp) was blown before I got home. I found & fixed problem in 20 minutes. Trailer wiring has melted to exhaust, repaired & put in correct fuse. Brooks in service dept stated tech did not put 20amp in ( who did then) they are not capable of repairing their own vehicles with simple problems. Will not use this dealership ever again.

    I would like to think Clay Morris for the exceptional service he delivered when I was shopping for a Dodge four-wheel-drive 3500. After telling him what I was looking for he had a vehicle lined up for me to test drive, then ran the numbers the next day, and also made the purchasing of this vehicle pleasurable. He even emailed me the credit app so it would help expedite the process. Today he had the paperwork ready for me to sign because I personally fill my time is valuable. One top of all that my other Dodge ram I purchased from Steve White years ago had a recall on the air bags, he lined that up to be fixed the same time I was purchasing my new truck so I did not have to make another trip. Once again I can not stress how easy this experience was thank You again Clay Morris for the service you delivered!

    Don't BUY Here

    Do Not Buy from here. Bought a truck from them. After I left the lot with my truck I stopped and the locks would not work...within a couple weeks the motor vegan to run really bad. I called and took it in, the tech said one problem it had would be over 2000 to fix and another 600 to fix locks. But he felt that there was other issues going on with it. After I told them I spent all my savings getting the truck that I didn't have the money then I got have a nice day. I didn't even drive the truck 500 miles....still have paper plates etc and they won't stand behind their products. They didn't even service the truck before they sold it cause oil change light already came on. I am a disabled veteran and when I explained to them that and how this 30000 dollar truck I bought a couple weeks ago is already broke down I got a frown and have a good day. They are untrustworthy to the common person and know another disabled veteran is walking the streets because I bought a truck from them and having to park it because within a month it is broke down. Do your self a favor and drive down the road to another dealer.

    I had experience with Steve White service department and have always been impressed. So I decided at the last minute to buy a new truck. The team did a quick look at my trade in and gave me what I needed. The process was fairly short compared to my previous experience in purchasing a new vehicle. I will definely go there again.
