    I bought my 2015 335 here two years ago, with Dinan exhaust and intake already installed. Love the car, but have had intermittent issues involving starting and iPod integration. Took it in Thursday at 8 a.m. Friday they asked to keep it over the weekend, citing possible problems with the Dinan electronics. Monday morning they called and said they had found a fault in the iPod integration, but were afraid that if they replaced the module, it would wipe out the Dinan programming. They referred me to Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks, where they are authorized Dinan mechanics. The service writer said he had already set it up with Rusnak. When I picked up the car, they hadn't given it the courtesy wash as promised. It was dusty and covered with bird droppings, although it was clean when I left it. When I called Rusnak service, the service writer who spoke with Thomas BMW said they hadn't set up anything, and that replacing the iPod module probably wouldn't affect Dinan's programming, which is a piggyback unit and not a reflash of the stock computer. It appears that Thomas just wanted to pass off the problem to someone else.

    I was welcomed politely and the salesman very informed about the m4 coupe. We looked T several models and colors. I was not sure I wanted a bmw and left the dealership on friendly terms. They were not pushy. He gave me his card. I certainly had a positive impression and would recommend the dealership

    Second time working with David Aviles. This time leased an x5. David was amazing in terms of being flexible - he was able to source the car we wanted from another dealer and have it shipped to our house! And the pricing we got was amazing. If you know what you want and you are ready to move - David will make it happen. Very transparent sales process, no pressure, and way more efficient use of your time than getting cornered at a normal dealership. Last time I did Euro delivery and David did a great job with that too.

    Steve Thomas BMW is as good as it gets for buying a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 135i convertible from them and have no regrets. I live in San Francisco so the negotiation process was done from hundreds of miles away. I got more than a fair price. I flew down, they picked me up at the airport, processed all the paperwork, and I was driving my beast up the coast in no time. I have been buying vehicles for 25 years and this is by far the best buying experience I have ever had. I think they are a family owned business and it definitely shows in the culture of the dealership. Everybody seemed to take pride in whatever job they had and treated you like a person and not just a potential sale - if you know what I mean. I dealt with an internet sales manager named Kwinn and his associate, Francesca. They were both courteous, professional, very knowledgeable about their product, hassle free and on top of their game. I'd buy my next car from them for sure. Chris
