    Bought a 2013 VW Passat TDI for my son. All issues were promptly repaired and all is well. Great service department with excellent communication. More reactive than proactive. They stand by what they sell. Must communicate with them, very friendly and customer service focused.

    I bought a 2004 645ci BMW. Before I bought it i did my research and its known to be an electrical nightmare. After test driving it me and my wife decided to buy it anyway. Very quick it turned into the nightmare i was afraid of. I found out Sterling did fix several issues and assumed the car to be fixed. All problems which showed up in the warranty time they fixed free of charge and when i still had issues that couldnt get fixed the right way the owner allowed me to take it to the BMW dealership and get it fixed on their expense. Now all seems to be solved and i would have given 5 stars if the car would have been ok from the start.

    We found our Audi Q5

    We drove 1.5 hours away to view an Audi Q5 that i thought was going to be the one we wanted. It turned out we seen one that we did not know they had and went for a drive. Brad was awesome to deal with even knowing my bank was trying to run me around by having a limit on my account. Brad was very nice and understanding and gave us the time we needed to contact the bank. Can`t say how much he did for us we have been to other lots and were treated as we were not ready to buy.. Thanks Brad ....

    Worst costumer service ever!

    If I could give them a negative 100 stars on costumer service I would!. They sold me a car for almost 9,000 dollars with a check engine light on, before I bought it I asked if that was gonna be fixed before I took it home they said yes. Went back the next day bought it closed the deal and when I drove it home...... the check engine came on I called again the very next day and they said so they gave me an appointment for the following week. So I drove this Audi Q5 for 2 weeks and now its been at the dealer getting fixed for the past 2 weeks. But before this I was given their “loaner” it looks more like their trasher, This 2006 Volvo soooo filthy i though I was gonna get the corona virus from just breathing inside the car. Seats were filthy and the car steering wheel shook every time you step on the break, it was soooo Dirty I didn’t even wanted to have my family inside the car... I called, complained and they gave me this other loaner an Audi Q5 as well but this frggin car has the check engine light on has ABSOLUTELY NO OIL WHATSOEVER IN THE ENGINE!! How in the world are you gonna sell a car like that or what’s worst give this to your costumer that’s paying for the car. Why don’t you check your own cars or clean them.... it makes me wonder that they don’t even change the oils they probably just reset the oil meter. I’m gonna take this car as soon as is done to my own mechanic and if I find something wrong with it.... I’m suing this guy Blake for EVERYTHING he owns. Oh and another thing. My budget was $20,000. Did any of his sellers bothered to ask about it? Nope. Not a single one of them bothered to ask. So I ended up getting this $9,000 Audi instead they don’t know how to do business. Buddy if you can’t do business I recommend you to sell your dealer to someone else who cares if you’re losing more money than you’re making. I also had 3 more people that I was going to bring to get Audi’s from them and myself I wanted 2 more... but after this HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE we won’t come back or spend another dollar here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON MONEY HERE!!! Is not worth it..

    Same Experience as Others

    Went to try out a used car with 70,000 miles. You would think it would be in great condition. Now I know why it has been sitting on the lot. I left for the test drive and the car's check engine light came on, the car's transmission was making a stuttering vibration, and the car smelled like cigarettes to boot! What a first impression. The sales guy asked how the drive went, and I said "horrible." He asked if I can get a call back when the issues are fixed. Two weeks ago. Same exact story as the "BMW Girl from Reinholds." Luckily I don't live far away, but such a disappointment. Buyer beware, I won't be going back even if there is a great deal.

    Went to look at vehicle Drove pretty far Salesman out to lunch Test drive by myself which was awesome Met the salesman when returned Offered low amt for trade in Did not look over vehicle with me Did not even seem interested in negotiating with me Did NOT even ask for my number to call me with anything!!!!!!!!! Stopped for fuel on the way home when I left, in my own vehicle. Purchased fuel and an energy drink. W. T. Heck. So sad

    Disappointed

    Went to this dealership looking to purchase an X3. Several on the lot. Took those interested in for test drive. Every single one started smoking under the hood. I was never given any of this information before the test drive. I was interested in 2 of the vehicles but each had dashboard lights on that I had asked to have looked at before my purchase. I was told the vehicles would be taken in for evaluation of the problems and I would be called when they were fixed so I could come back and see them again. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received a call back. I was prepared to purchase the vehicle that day. I was very clear about that with my salesman, I just wanted a reliable vehicle that didn't smoke when I drove it. With the lack of response and the lack of interest in my sale, I will not be returning to Sterling for my purchase. Poor customer service and lack of follow up. I am very disappointed.

    This dealership made the car buying experience very hassle free. I came in to look for a car and I was greeted and helped by excellent staff members to help me find the exact car I was looking for. I was able to find the car I was looking for and the whole process was very easy. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for lots of options when it comes to BMW's and Audi's.
