  Purchased a Dodge Charger R/T

  I purchased a 2008 Dodge Charger R/T about 3 years ago from State line Auto. They gave me a good price for my trade in. I have had no major problems with the car other than normal maintenance a couple things here and there. Lou was great to deal with took a little time to get back to me but with this dealership being as busy as it is I think you have to realize it happens and they are only human. I do plan to purchase another vehicle from them probably this year or next. The only thing I wouldn't purchase again would be the PENN warranty the price they pay towards replacement parts are a joke I want high end quality parts put in when they go and the parts they offer you will continue to make the same repair over and over. Great dealership to buy from and that's why I will be back just won't purchase the warranty. They also let me bring the car to my OWN mechanic which happens to be my brother's shop that has been in business for over 30 years and they said just have him make a list and we will make the repairs. We made a list of things that needed to be fixed to pass inspection but didn't knit pick about other repairs that were normal for a 2008 car. I look forward to doing business with them again and hopefully they will give me a great deal on next purchase for being a returning customer.

  DISHONEST

  After making a deal with Lou, we arranged for a time to pick up a car to bring it to have it checked out by a mechanic. We called to make sure it would be ready and Lou informed us that he can no longer sell it to us for that price. He claimed that the posted price was a typo. The car had just been marked down by $500. If what they claim is true, then they must have made 2 typos. They then jacked the car up by $2,000 which is not even in the reasonable range for that car, then said they'd split the difference with us. The worst thing about this experience is that the car was to be the 1st for our 17 year old son. They got him all excited and then pulled the rug out. There are more details, but I don't want to waste any more time other than to warn people not to do business with them!

  I am so happy I found Stateline Auto Brokers, Inc. Lou and Tom were fantastic with me. I just brought home my new car today yay! They went above and beyond with helping me with my budget and I loved that they were very down to earth you don't see that in Dealerships to enough. Made me fell very comfortable buying from Stateline Auto Brokers, Inc. I love that they have an warranty were other Dealerships don't offer that. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to my friends and family.

  I found a Grand Cherokee online that brought me to this dealership. The car had everything I was looking for at a good price. They gave me a fair price on my trade in. They made the buying process very easy, even handling the registration and RI inspection. The rear wiper didn't work and they ordered the part and installed it quickly. Everyone there was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car.
