    Was going to another dealership for service that’s closer to my home, but their customer service has been lacking for a while now. Made the switch and have had great service so far. Am also in the process of purchasing a new truck. That’s been great as well.

    A little disappointed... but not with all people -

    The experience buying my truck was great! The sales person, Michael was phenomenal. The experience was easy (we went through the Costco program). That process was the best car buying experience that we could ask for. The major issue was after: when calling to schedule our first maintenance appointment (which we decided to pay and add extra years) the phone call was AWFUL. The person who answered the phone could not understand me, and I could not understand her. There was a major language barrier for a simple question that I was asking. She didn't know the answer (once she finally understood what I was asking) and asked if she could have someone call me back (which was of course totally fine). Nobody called me back. The follow up there was very disappointing. Not great customer service at all. When I called AGAIN, I was told Lupita was the person who I would speak with at my appointment. Got to the appointment - Lupita was not there at all. (So - can you see why we just felt shuffled around - like we were an annoyance? The person who was our supposed contact person for our first appointment was not even there.) My question finally did get answered, but after over an hour on the phone days prior, and finally finding out from the maintenance department at Toyota. After we arrived, the gentleman who checked us in was AWESOME. Very friendly, knowledgeable, answered all questions. We were getting a tire rotation, general check up on the truck, and fluids topped off. **NOTE: because of past experiences with tire rotations, I put an "X" on the front, driver side tire. This is how I know if the tires have been rotated. ** I did this again at Toyota, and they did NOT rotate my tires! I didn't drive 35 minutes to just get some windshield fluid topped off! When I brought this up to the gentleman who checked us in, he was very responsive and got the maintenance manager to the desk right away. He was very upfront saying "The customer says that you did not rotate his tires." The maintenance manager said "Well, they did, I watched them do it." The front desk person said "He put an X on the front tire, and that tire has not moved." They took the truck back over to their maintenance area, to this time actually rotate the tires. I would like to believe that it was an honest mistake, and they really thought they did it. However - it's a brand new truck, so maybe it was a "I don't think they need it situation." Either way, that caused mis-trust for my wife and I, which is SUCH a bummer, spending $40,000 on a brand new truck, and paying extra for an extended maintenance plan. My hope for writing this review is that if shady things are happening, that the quality control tightens up. We expect the HIGHEST level of service all around with Toyota - which is why we chose that company. Please get people answering your phones who can communicate efficiently - that was NOT a good start to this whole process.

    My only complaint was customer service at the service station. They were incredibly rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them by showing up for my appointment. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Miraculously as soon as my husband showed up next to me, they became nice and friendly.

    Highly recommend this dealership had a wonderful experience buying with Anthony the salesman to the service department very prompt and friendly , the finance department was easy to deal with as well didn’t keep us there all day bickering about a price I told them what price I wanted to stay with and they stayed in my price range

    Whitney helped me with my new 2021 4runner nightshade, and she was absolutely amazing through the whole process. We started this back in August when I was looking for a 4runner but wasn’t ready to purchase. When I was ready Whitney was there to help me and I ended up with my dream car. She was absolutely incredible to work with. I am so happy with my car and so excited. Stapp Toyota is fantastic all around.
